Hilary Duff has recalled the unsavory revenge act she carried out on a friend's ex-boyfriend years ago.
The 39-year-old singer, who was recently spotted in Australia, said she spearheaded a 'spicy' and 'kind of evil' prank to get back at the guy, who had mistreated her friend.
'My spiciest night is kind of evil and a long time ago, pre-children,' she told Billboard magazine in a new cover story.
The former child star said she and her accomplice put together a rancid mix of food and dropped it at the unsuspecting recipient's house.
She detailed: 'We were spicy and we went and bought the cheapest, grossest can of wieners and tuna and we just had a little field day on his front lawn.'
Duff said the guy had been 'doing my friend real dirty,' prompting her and the unnamed pal to cook up the revenge plot while they 'were hitting the bottle.'

The songstress said the incident took place during her 'late teen-hood' and she's more of a homebody these days.
It comes months after she was wrapped up in 'toxic mom group' controversy sparked by an essay written by Ashley Tisdale.
The inflammatory essay, published in The Cut, discussed leaving her posse of mom friends thought to include Duff, Mandy Moore and Meghan Trainor among others.
She wrote: 'Here's the thing nobody prepared me for: Mom groups can turn toxic. Not because the moms themselves are toxic people, but because the dynamic shifts into an ugly place with mean-girl behavior. I know this from personal experience.'
The former Disney star explained there were group text chains that 'didn't include everyone' and there were 'hangouts' she didn't get invited to.
In her essay, she opened up about how she started to feel 'excluded,' writing: 'I was certain that I'd found my village. But over time, I began to wonder whether that was really true.
'I remember being left out of a couple of group hangs, and I knew about them because Instagram made sure it fed me every single photo and Instagram Story.'
She wrote elsewhere: 'Another time, at one of the mom's dinner parties, I realized where I sat with her – which was at the end of the table, far from the rest of the women. I was starting to feel frozen out of the group, noticing every way that they seemed to exclude me.'

Last month, Duff took a girls' trip to Mexico with Moore and other friends, and made sure to flaunt their fun time on social media.
Duff posted a series of photos of her and her friends soaking up the sun and exotic scenery during their stay at the One&Only Mandarina resort in Riviera Nayarit.
'The group chat made it to the jungle,' Duff wrote in an Instagram caption, along with the hashtag @oomandarina.
Some fans interpreted the trip and Duff's photo carousel as a snub to Tisdale.
'I just know Ashley Tisdale is punching the air right now,' one Instagram user commented.
'I bet that Ashley girl wish she was there lol,' another added, while someone else said, 'Y'all forgot about Ashley Tisdale.'
A fourth asked: 'Is this the toxic mom trip that made it out of the group chat?'
Duff later said she felt 'really sad' and 'taken aback' by Tisdale's article, and insisted the claims in the piece weren't accurate.
Speaking on the Call Her Daddy podcast in February, she shared: 'Motherhood has brought on, like – I have my core group of friends who have been my ride or die for 20 years, 10 to 20 years, and I have tons of different groups of mom friends because I have four kids, you know?
'So, I think I just was like, "Whoa." It sucks to read something that's not true, and it sucks on behalf of, like, six women and all of their lives.'
