Hailey Bieber looks iconic at the Time100 Gala
Hailey Bieber is comfortable in her own skin—and her hot takes.
The Rhode founder revealed her stance on some of the biggest self-care trends while celebrating her skincare company’s placement on the Time100 list of most influential companies, a feat that further proved her influence in the wellness category.
The longtime Pilates princess had a surprising opinion about the exercise, telling Time in a video posted April 30 that it was “a little over.”
“Is that crazy for me to say?” she asked, adding, “I love Pilates. I really do. But I think it’s become a little bit of, like, a fad and it’s really hard to find really good teachers that care about form.”
And while she’s been known to love her matcha lattes, Hailey shared that she’s currently a “coffee girl.” Explaining that she and her family—including husband Justin Bieber and their 20-month-old son Jack Blues Bieber—love visiting Japan, she said, “When you drink a matcha from Japan, it spoils everything for you.”
The 29-year-old also spoke her truth about Botox, which she previously confessed to avoiding until she hit her 30s.
“Overdoing anything I think is not great,” she said. “I would like to not ever have to get it or not go that route, but I also think when it’s done well, it has good benefit.”

The one practice she absolutely swears by, though? Lymphatic drainage massages.
“[I] live by them, like obsessed with lymphatic drainage anything, but the massages specifically,” she confessed. “It is really crazy how much water we hold onto in our bodies. And also the lymphatic system is so important for just detox in general and overall health, so I think completely underrated.”
