Gypsy Rose Blanchard Gives Postpartum Update After Welcoming First Child With Boyfriend Ken Urker
Gypsy Rose Blanchard is laying the rumors to rest.
Weeks after welcoming baby daughter Aurora Urker, her first child with boyfriend Ken Urker, the 33-year-old spoke out about what she dubbed “false rumors of the week,” including allegations that Child Protective Services had paid her family a visit.
“NO, CPS is not involved,” the Life After Lock Up star wrote in an Instagram Stories post Jan. 24. “Our baby is very safe and healthy.”
But Gypsy didn’t just dismiss the speculation, directing a stern message at those who bought into the gossip in the first place.
“If anyone actually believes this BS,” she declared, “then your brain has been rotted by misinformation and click bait with bias and hate driven content. God gave you a brain USE IT.”
E! News reached out to CPS for comment but hasn’t heard back.
The former inmate—who spent seven years behind bars for the murder of her mother Clauddine “Dee Dee” Blanchard after years of alleged abuse—also addressed her post-baby body in the post, insisting she didn’t seek any help from injectables like Ozempic.
“NO, I am not on any weight loss medication,” she continued. “I just look damn good for postpartum, hate me cause you ant [sic] me.”
Shortly thereafter, Gypsy insisted she’d never sought out the medication to begin with.

“I never have used weight loss drugs to lose weight,” she said in a statement to People Jan. 24. “I was blessed with a healthy pregnancy and gained very little during my pregnancy.”
As for how she was taking care of her figure, Gypsy revealed she turned to good old fashioned physical activity.
“I am now focusing on getting fit by doing yoga and other exercises to help tone my belly,” Gypsy explained. “I bought small gym equipment for my home to start getting healthy.”
