Gypsy Rose Blanchard was accused of sideswiping a car in Louisiana just over two weeks after her ex-fiance Ken Urker's death.
Blanchard, 35, who rose to fame after being convicted of plotting her mother's murder and serving eight years in prison, and who also made some brutal confessions about Urker recently, allegedly nearly pushed the other driver's vehicle into a Walgreens flowerbed.
A Facebook user posted about the alleged collision, writing, ‘2026 is wild. Just got sideswiped by Gypsy Rose. FML.'
Louisiana State Police troopers investigated a minor car accident involving Blanchard in Terrebonne Parish on October 17 and that it resulted in minor property damage and no injuries, per TMZ
The alleged victim later shared pictures of the damage to her car.
'She was coming back from getting her hair done in Kenner,' the Facebook user alleged in the comments.

'Nice, she had spa day after her baby daddy died and I almost got pushed into the Walgreens flowerbed. The whole time I’m thinking she must be getting ready for a damn interview.’
The person then shared a supposed copy of the collision report and added, 'I might be a magnet for stupidity, but def not a liar. Who would make up something stupid like that?'
A source told TMZ the smashup happened at an intersection and that sun glare was a contributing factor, adding that Blanchard had valid proof of car insurance.
Authorities confirmed that no arrests were made following the incident.
On October 1, Urker, the father of Blanchard's nearly two-year-old daughter Aurora, was found dead in his Louisiana home, on his 34th birthday, next to drug paraphernalia and a holstered handgun, according to People.
A spokesperson for the Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office confirmed to the outlet that deputies were called to the scene at approximately 6.15pm and found Urker 'dead upon arrival.’
Deputies found a syringe, two shot glasses and a handgun on the nightstand beside the bed, and syringes and a spoon in the bathroom along with a brown powdery substance, the sheriff’s office said.
In a statement to People, Blanchard said that Urker ‘wasn’t in a good state of mind lately. He had been drinking a lot to cope.’

She reportedly sent Urker a text wishing him a ‘happy birthday,’ but didn’t receive a response, per TMZ.
An autopsy has been completed but the results are still pending, according to TMZ.
Blanchard and Urker connected as pen pals when she was in prison before becoming engaged in October 2018.
They called off their engagement in August 2019 and had a short-lived reunion before breaking up again.
In the interim, Blanchard met Ryan Scott Anderson in a similar way, as pen pals.
They were married in a small prison ceremony and began living together after Blanchard was released, but three months later they separated in March 2024 with their divorce finalized nine months later.
Blanchard reunited with Urker and they welcomed their daughter in December 2024, and continued an on-and-off relationship.
Urker's sister, Autumn, claimed in a TikTok that they weren’t together at the time of her brother’s death, per TMZ.

Earlier this month, Blanchard spoke out about Urker's death for the first time, telling People he had been 'an amazing father and a man who was deeply loved.’
'He will forever be my soulmate and my red string, a connection that time, distance, and even death can never erase,' she told the publication.
'Above all, Ken loved our daughter, Aurora. She is a beautiful reflection of his enduring spirit, and through her, a part of him will always remain with us.
'I will make sure she grows up knowing how deeply her father loved her and who he was beyond what strangers on the internet chose to say about him. He will be deeply missed, forever loved and never forgotten.’
Urker's death has inspired Blanchard to advocate against cyberbullying.
The ex-convict, who pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in 2016 for her role in orchestrating the 2015 killing of her mother, Claudine 'Dee Dee' Blanchard and was paroled in December 2023, urged fans to sign her anti-cyberbullying petition.
She stated that relentless cyberbullying and public scrutiny had an impact on Urker and contributed to the mental strain he endured.
Blanchard proposed new legislation she called 'Kenan's Law' in honor of her former partner.
'Ken's passing has made me determined to turn pain into purpose,' she shared on Instagram alongside a photo of Urker and Aurora. 'I cannot change what happened, but I can advocate for a better system for the next person who feels like no one is listening.'
