Taylor Swift reunites with best friend Cara Delevingne before sharing a sweet hug with Sabrina Carpenter as stars line up for snaps with the singer at glitzy Academy Museum Gala

Taylor Swift really was the belle of the ball as an impressive list of Hollywood stars lined up for snaps with the singer at the glitzy Academy Museum Gala in LA on Saturday night.

The Blank Space hitmaker, 36, reunited with one of her best friends Cara Delevingne before sharing a sweet hug with collaborator Sabrina Carpenter as the night went on.

Taylor, who delivered a hotly anticipated performance at the gala, stole the show in a strapless pale blue gown designed by Dior's creative director Jonathan Anderson – the mastermind behind her wedding dress.

She accessorised with Chopard jewellery – including a bracelet and platinum earrings set with more than 32 carats of diamonds.

She was indisputably the centre of attention at the event as American actors Charlize Theron, and sisters Elle and Dakota Fanning were also spotted vying for a snap with the chart-topper.

Ted Lasso star Hannah Waddingham also posed for a sweet snap with the singer, who beamed by her side.

The sixth annual soiree is held at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures and serves as the museum's biggest fundraiser for its film exhibitions, screenings and other programmes offered to members and the public.

One person who certainly wasn't vying for a selfie however was Kim Kardashian, 45, as the pair narrowly avoided an awkward red carpet reunion amid their long-running feud.

The drama between the two goes way back to 2016, when Kim's ex-husband Kanye West's song Famous dropped and she leaked edited phone calls that made Taylor look like a liar – sparking snake emojis, fan rage and fuelling the Reputation album.

After being named TIME's Person of the Year in 2023, Taylor then threw shade at Kim, claiming she 'took her down psychologically' and forced her into hiding, sending the feud back into headlines.

Kim appeared to extend an olive branch earlier this year, when she described Taylor as 'a super talented, great artist' on her sister Khloe Kardashian's podcast.

However, Taylor never responded publicly to Kim's flattery.

Taylor arrived just minutes before Kim at the gala, which was also attended by Kim's half-sister Kendall Jenner, 30.

Missing from the billionaire's side was her husband Travis Kelce, 37, who she wed in July at NYC's iconic Madison Square Garden.

However, Taylor did have a piece of Travis with her in the form of her massive diamond engagement ring, which he gave her in August 2025 and reportedly cost anywhere from $500,000 to $1million.

Kim strayed from her typical sexy style for this year's gala and, instead, opted to go full Old Hollywood glam.

Elsewhere, Kate Hudson also looked straight out of vintage Tinseltown as she modeled a breathtaking blush-toned strapless gown.

The Oscar nominee, 47, wore her bright blonde strands in curls inspired by silver screen icon Veronica Lake.

Meanwhile Jessica Biel, 44, put on a show-stopping display as she arrived with longtime husband Justin Timberlake, 45, in a sexy black halter gown with a daring thigh-high slit.
