They were joined by their A Complete Unknown co-stars Edward Norton, Monica Barbaro, Boyd Holbrook and director James Mangold in the question and answer session moderated by Gwyneth Paltrow.
Paltrow and Chalamet are working on a new movie together at the moment and appear to have become close friends.
Chalamet, 28, who has already received accolades for his performance as rocker Bob Dylan in the project, looked very much like the musical legend he portrayed.
