Getting serious? Jono Castano rings in the New Year with his new girlfriend Nilofar Khirzad and ex-wife Amy after split from Simone Holtznagel

Jono Castano looked to be having the time of his life earlier this week when he rang in the new year with his beautiful new girlfriend Nilofar Khirzad and ex-wife Amy.

The 33-year-old celebrity personal trainer was all smiles as he posed alongside his new partner Nilofar and his ex-wife Amy and her soccer player boyfriend Aaron Evans.

The fitness entrpreneur appeared in a gallery of photos shared to Instagram by Amy, in why he was seen laughing it up with her and his partner over drinks at an upmarket Brisbane bar.

Jono kept things casual in a stylish black dress shirt and matching pants and stayed close to his new girlfriend.

Meanwhile, Nilofar turned heads by going braless in a plunging black lace top and matching skirt which left little to the imagination. 

It looked to be a fun night out for the upbeat fitness trainer, who sported a cheeky grin and was clearly in his element as he lived it up with those close to him.

In October, Jono debuted his fashion designer girlfriend on social media.  

The new couple went Instagram official with their relationship as Nilofar shared a photograph of them sharing a kiss during a night out in Sydney's eastern suburbs.

Jono first sparked rumours he was involved in a new relationship after he was spotted liking and leaving very flirty comments on Nilofar's Instagram posts. 

In one post, shared on October 11, Nilofar flaunted pieces from her brand Khirzad as she posed in a $290 burgundy blouse and $389 orange skirt, with Jono commenting a fire emoji underneath the shots.

In a post from September, the Acero Gym owner commented 'Okkk' on a series of busty photos of Nilofar at a restaurant in Melbourne, to which she replied with love heart emojis.

The trainer has also rocked Nilofar's menswear brand himself and featured on the label's Instagram page on October 5.

Jono and Aussie model, Simone Holtznagel, 31, quietly split nine weeks after they welcomed their baby daughter Gia on Easter Sunday.

He confirmed news of their break-up in July, and Simone has since said she is raising Gia alone and cryptically remarked she 'couldn't change' the man she loved.

She told Stellar: 'I wanted to set an example for my daughter; that's something that shifted for me.  

'One day I was like, "What am I doing? This isn't right."

'And I would hate if she was ever in this situation.'

She continued: 'You have to do what is right for you at the end of the day. 

'No matter the number of promises or anything else that people make, when they show you who they are, believe them.

'Because you can't change people.'

Simone also said she is content raising Gia alone and is confident she made the right choice.

'I've never felt more sure of anything, I know I can do it by myself. It's unfortunate that I'm mostly having to do it by myself, but I couldn't think of it any other way,' she said.

'What I'm doing just feels very right for me, the most important thing to me is Gia is happy and healthy, and I'm happy too.'

Earlier this month, Simone hinted she is well and truly over her ex as she shared a very telling post to her Instagram.

The blonde beauty shared a photo that showed two cards from a deck of Beyond Words cards.

The deck contains 52 cards featuring inspirational aphorisms, accompanied by illustrations by artist See Aiche.

Simone's photo showed one card face down, and another bearing a quote from an 'unknown' source.

The quote read: 'The best revenge is no revenge. Move on, be happy.'
