Gemma Collins has revealed her relationship with fiancé Rami Hawash 'took a hit' as she opened up on her IVF journey that left her 'broken'.
The reality star, 45, rekindled her romance with businessman Rami in 2020 after her split from James 'Arg' Argent.
In 2024, Gemma announced she was engaged after Rami proposed to her, and they plan on saying 'I do' later this year.
While she has previously been open about her struggle to conceive and her IVF battle, Gemma has revealed the extent it impacted her relationship with Rami.
Speaking during a first look at her brand new Sky series last week, the GC told Dermot O'Leary: 'My relationship was obviously taking a bit of a hit, I was trying to have a baby - my whole world just fell apart.
'Because I was going through so much trauma and struggles, there was no performative person there.'

The reality star, 45, rekindled her romance with car dealer Rami in 2020 and in 2024, she announced she was engaged, with the pair planning on saying 'I do' later this year
She added of her new show, Four Weddings And A Baby: 'Everyone gets to see the real me - you're in my home. It's what people don't see. I was broken.'
Gemma is already a step-mother to Rami's seven-year-old son Tristan.
She previously said how she was considering going down the route of surrogacy, as well as fostering as her own mother was fostered as a child.
Gemma, who shot to fame on The Only Way Is Essex, has a low number of AMH hormones, meaning she also has a limited number of eggs available, and also suffers from polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), which directly affects the ovaries.
She has previously suffered three miscarriages, with her first loss occurring in 2012, though she did not speak publicly about it until 2020.
Gemma said she did not realise she was pregnant at the time, and that the baby 'died in front of her' after giving birth at home on her landing.
She suffered her second pregnancy loss in 2020 during the Covid pandemic.
Tragically, just a few months later, Gemma endured a third devastating miscarriage in July 2020 after falling pregnant with her ex-boyfriend James' baby.
Earlier this month Gemma confirmed she has abandoned her plan to relocate to Dubai amid the ongoing war in the Middle East.
She said she would 'miss the UK too much' if she was to swap the UK for the luxury destination with Rami and Tristan.
Gemma told New! magazine: 'I mean I say it, but no - my heart's in the UK. I love Britain. I love afternoon tea. I love driving into London and seeing Big Ben. No one's a bigger rep for the UK than me.
'My heart is here, but I think those discussions always come about in the winter months, and I do struggle with SAD [seasonal Affective Disorder] and I'm like, "Oh, moving to Dubai would be nice".'
'I'd miss the UK too much but I do love spending time in Dubai. I mean it's very GC! I walk around in caftans all day, it's very luxurious. But then there's me. I love the English countryside and my heart is with the people of the UK so no I'm staying put'.
Meanwhile, speaking about her upcoming nuptials, Gemma explained that she wants a main ceremony in the UK, a second taking place abroad and then a 'formal one' for their closest family and friends.
In true GC style, she added that multiple celebrations means she is also planning to have several different wedding dresses.
She paid tribute to her 'forever love' Rami last year and shared just how much he supported her during the start of her TV career.
Gemma said in a gushing social media post: 'My FOREVER LOVE. A very exciting new chapter. Our own show our exciting journey everything has come to us at the right time.

'Years ago when I met Rami I was selling cars! I then gave it all up for £50 a day but it was the best risk I took, and wouldn’t change it for the world.
'Rami would always say to me your gonna make it you will be successful and would give me money for my hair make up outfits he would give me £100 every morning to get to filming.'
Gemma continued: 'He supported me. Also he would always bring me fresh Beigels every Sunday. It’s so nice now we have grown together.
'He’s work ethic is so attractive everyday even now he still gets up 6 days a week and grafts. Very attractive quality. He also loves me with no make up the natural me he loves me just the way I am.'
