Full House star Dave Coulier has revealed the brutal effects of cancer treatments that caused him to lose 45lbs and have impacted his vocal cords.
The actor, 66, addressed the changes in an Instagram video on Thursday.
Coulier was first diagnosed with stage 3 non-Hodgkin lymphoma in late 2024. He was later diagnosed with tongue cancer.
'I haven't posted in quite a while, and the last time I did, some of you said that I look differently and I sound differently, and I do,' he said in the clip.
'What you're seeing is the side effects of extensive radiation that I went through for carcinoma in my throat,' he explained.
'I haven't been able to eat solid food in months, and so I've lost 45 pounds,' he continued.
'That's what you're seeing, and it's affected my ability to speak.'

In an Instagram Reel, the Full House star, 66, addressed the changes to his weight as well as his voice
He added: 'Some of you said that I sound differently. So yeah, you're right on with what you are seeing and what you hearing.'
Coulier also pointed out that his hair is 'kind of growing back' as he shared a health update with his fans.
After a recent doctor's appointment, he said that the 'prognosis looks good for both the carcinoma in my throat and the lymphoma.'
'We're very pleased with all of that,' he said.
Coulier previously opened up about how he was diagnosed with stage 3 non-Hodgkin lymphoma in late 2024.
That following March, he revealed that he was cancer-free.
However, by late 2025, he said that he had been separately diagnosed with tongue cancer, specifically HPV-related oropharyngeal tongue cancer.
Earlier this year in February, Coulier shared the good news that he was in remission from both cancers. He however admitted he feels 'like cancer is always in the rearview mirror behind' him.
He explained that he lost a significant amount of weight as he hadn't 'been able to eat solid food in months'

Last month, he spoke about how his 'toxic' lifestyle in the past directly correlated with his cancer diagnoses.
While making an appearance on The Kelly Clarkson show, he shared: 'I wanted to know, "Why did my lymphatic system crash?" And I realized as soon as I went down the rabbit hole, everything in my life was toxic.'
He continued: 'My toothpaste, my shampoo, the garbage bags, the toilet paper, everything, skin cream, everything.
'I said, "I need to change this, but how do I do it?" It's a pretty daunting task to change your lifestyle like that, so I changed one thing,' Coulier added.
'I replaced my toothpaste. And I thought, "I put that in my mouth every day, I'm gonna start there."'
He also previously spoke about his alcohol use disorder. The actor has been sober since January 2020.
