Frankie Bridge goes topless for racy mirror selfie as she shows off her back tattoo and cupping marks

Frankie Bridge went topless for a racy mirror selfie while showing off the cupping marks on her back after opting for the alternative therapy.

As she documented the latest goings on in her life with a selection of Instagram snaps on Wednesday, The Saturdays star, 37, dared to bare as she stripped down for the sultry photo.

The image sees the mum-of-two sitting on a bathtub while giving her fans a glimpse of her 'sunshine and showers' tattoo, as well as the sore-looking red marks on her back caused by the ancient therapy that uses cups with vacuum suction that helps to ease pain and stiff muscles. 

Frankie donned a pair of black knickers and sported slicked-back wet hair, indicating she had just come out of the bath in a bid to ease her painful sores.

Alongside the sizzling snap, the Loose Women panellist also uploaded a plethora of images showing her enjoying life, including her attending a friend's wedding and getting a new tattoo.  

Also among the images was a snap of Frankie displaying her toned abs in a black crop top as she soaked up the sunshine.

Closing her eyes as she leaned toward the light, the beauty looked incredible after presumably finishing a workout.  

Frankie's racy mirror selfie comes weeks after she flashed her abs in a red bikini top and black bottoms as she shared Instagram snaps from her holiday at Zel Hotel in Fuerteventura. 

The singer looked out of this world as she sipped on an iced coffee and posed for selfies while sunbathing.

She captioned her post: 'ad: 2 days of sunshine and wellness at @zelhotel. Thank you for a gorgeous stay. Still not 100% sure that we weren’t actually on Mars.'

Frankie also stunned in a black cut-out evening gown as she smiled for pictures in front of the sunset on the sand dunes. 

Frankie, who shares sons Carter, 10, and Parker, 12, with husband Wayne Bridge, recently explained how she'd been dealing with a lot of anxiety in the lead up to a previous holiday.

'I always feel guilty about being away from home,' she confessed. 'I just always put guilt on myself because I'm like "It's selfish to go away, selfish not to be with the boys, Carter's going to be upset that I'm away".'

Frankie was subjected to several cruel comments from mum-shamers who trolled her for going on holiday without her young brood in tow.

However, the Loose Women star defiantly hit back at her critics, as she sent a strong message while unashamedly modelling her holiday fit. 

Alongside a clip of her posing in a red bikini, Frankie wrote: 'This... and being told I'm a bad mum for going away without my kids.'

Captioning her post, she added: 'Because you know people love to have their "opinions".'

And her fans were quick to share their support for Frankie in the comments, with many applauding her for taking the much-needed break.
