'In the back of my mind, I know that I'm doing Dancing On Ice and I'm like "Oh, I'm exercising everyday, it's no big deal" and I know loads of you say "you look fine" but in myself, I feel really bloated and I've just been having treat day everyday.

'You know what it's like in December, there's so much chocolate and socialising and celebrating, I've just been saying yes to everything and I haven't been my usual, healthy self. It catches up on you, that's the scariest thing.'

Lifting up her top once again, the mother-of-two continued: 'I've now completely lost my body shape and I'm now thinking I've got to get into some tight sequin leotards in less than a few weeks.'

Ferne went on to tell her followers that she knew exactly what to do in order to  'feel at my happiest and healthiest weight.'

She went on to promote her 10-day challenge with her nutrition brand Fernutrition before encourage her fans to join her in getting fit for 2025.

Captioning her post, Ferne added: ' Let’s lose weight together!

'Ok so over the last month or so, I’ve been less consistent with my healthy habits, eating whatever I wanted. Properly indulging over thee festive period and it’s crept up on me…quick.

'I’ve been training for dancing on ice everyday but let me tell you, exercising everyday isn’t the answer! I’m feeling fluffy! Is anyone else?

Ferne's vow to shed the pounds comes eight months after she showed off her incredible 2.5 stone weight loss in April.

Yet Ferne and Lorri refuted the rumours on Instagram Stories, with Ferne insisting they're 'still very much together' but confessed they have been arguing.

Speaking from Dancing On Ice rehearsals, Ferne revealed: 'We haven't [split]. I am just as miffed. We're still very much together, living together. We're even back in the same bed.

'What we are is very tired. The only reason why we'd be arguing is because bless Finty, she's been waking up at 4am and I'm one tired mama. So if anyone has any tips on that, it would be very much appreciated.

Ferne - who has not been seen wearing her engagement ring for weeks - concluded: 'But no, to anyone who has messaged to see if we're ok and if we have. I really appreciate your messages but we are, we're still very much together.'

Meanwhile Lorri said in his video: 'It's news to me and to us. I just called her and said "have we broke up?" she was like "what you talking about?"

'So, not sure where the story's come from but I'm here to tell you, we are absolutely fine.'

Lorri concluded: 'Life is very good for us both, we're in a committed relationship.'
