Fallout is having a heck of a year. Although there is no discernible release date for Fallout 5 in sight, the Fallout TV show just wrapped its second season set in New Vegas earlier this year, and there are tons of celebratory releases coming throughout 2026.

As far as Fallout 5 goes, we did get an update semi-recently, where Bethesda explained: "Fallout is one of our biggest priorities today. Fallout 5 remains our long-range destination, and we have multiple Fallout projects in active development right now." Bethesda also officially announced that we're getting remasters of Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas, finally confirming the years-long leaks.

Thanks to a new announcement from Sideshow, we have a better idea of just how hard Fallout is going to go this year.

Thanks to a new reveal, we know that the Sole Survivor Fallout character is coming in figure form. Due out in mid-to-late August through October of this year, the Sole Survivor is meant to be the protagonist from Fallout 4, and stands at 12" tall.

Unlike some other statues sold on Sideshow, this one is an action figure, sporting 32 points of articulation. It'll also pack in some accessories, including the memorable Pip-Boy 3000 and the Big Boy launcher.

Here's what you get with the figure:

  • 1/6th scale, approximately 12 inches (30.9 cm) tall
  • Fully-posable body with approximately 32 points of articulation
  • Finely-tailored costume
  • Highly detailed sculpt with weathered paint effects
  • Several weapons and accessories

Costume:

  • One (1) Boiler Suit
  • One (1) Holster
  • One (1) pair of Bracers
  • One (1) Belt with pouches
  • One (1) pair of Boots

Accessories:

  • One (1) Pip-Boy 3000 Mark IV
  • One (1) Interface card for Pip-Boy
  • One (1) Big Boy
  • One (1) Kellogg’s pistol
  • One (1) Charisma Vault Boy Bobblehead
  • One (1) Mysterious serum
  • Three (3) pairs of interchangeable hands:
    • One (1) pair of Relaxed Hands
    • One (1) pair of Fists
    • One (1) pair of Gripping Hands for holding accessories

If you're interested, this particular figure is going for $180. There is no "Artisan Edition" this time, just the standard version Sixth Scale Figure.

  • Fallout Figure And Bobble Head

  • Fallout Survivor Test

Bethesda's "Future of Fallout" decree in mid-July really laid out how the company views the entire franchise as a whole. Fallout 76 is still going to be in operation, and is gearing up for an expansion (Raven Rock) that serves as a prequel to Fallout 3.

Fallout Shelter is going strong as well, and more seasons are planned, as well as an unscripted TV project. Fallout Season 3 is in production, and the 30th anniversary of the series is happening in 2027 on Fallout Day in Washington D.C.

In other words, if you love Fallout, there's a ton on the way. It might all arrive before Fallout 5, but it's something to look forward to.
