Eva Longoria and Brooklyn Beckham showed off their cookery skills together this weekend as they collaborated in a new video on Instagram.

The Desperate Housewives actress, 49, who is close friends with Brooklyn's mother Victoria Beckham, roped the aspiring chef into promoting their products.

Eva who sweetly referred to Brooklyn as her 'nephew', has known him since he was eight years old after meeting Victoria and David following their 2007 move to LA.

So it's no surprise he was her choice for working together, as they shared a cooking tutorial on how to make the Mexican dish, tostadas.

When Eva asked if he had made tostadas before, Brooklyn replied that he had never tried them before the duo got to work.

Revealing they were making fajita-seasoned beef tostadas and lemon pepper chicken ones, Eva explained they were using Siete Foods seasoning.

Eva is an investor in Siete Foods, a Latino-owned company that makes gluten-free Mexican-American food products, including taco seasoning.

Throwing the seasoning into the pan with their choices of meat, Eva then showed Brooklyn how to layer up the dish.

Adding a layer of refried beans and cheese to the tortilla, she cooked them for mere minutes to melt the cheese on top.

They then added layers of guacamole, meat and salsa along with Mexican cream and Brooklyn's hot sauce, Cloud23, on top.

During the video, Brooklyn admitted to Eva that he would be buying all of the ingredients she had mentioned so far.

It came as his father David, 49, shared a picture with his son smiling in a restaurant with a bottle of Cloud23 at the forefront of the snap.

Priced at a steep £15 a bottle, the oldest of the Beckham children has created two flavours, Hot Habanero and Sweet Jalapeno, as well as a range of clothing merchandise.

The Beckham clan were out in full force on in October as they headed to Wholefoods in London to celebrate the launch of the sauce.

He was joined at the launch event by his wife Nicola Peltz, 29, who sweetly held his hand as they made their way around the store, before enjoying a ride in a shopping trolley to promote the product.

Brooklyn's famous family could barely contain their pride, with dad David, 49, planting a kiss on his son's cheek, alongside mother Victoria, 50, and younger brother Romeo, 22.

His grandmother Sandra and aunt Joanne were also in attendance at the exciting event, as well as Nicola's brother Will Peltz, who is an actor.

'You can buy @cloud23 @wholefoodsuk @wholefoods market. I have put my heart into this and I'm so excited for you all to try.'

David was quick to jokingly comment: 'Proud of you mate it's soooooo good, hope nanny paid for hers @brooklynpeltzbeckham.'

Brooklyn's plans for the Cloud 23 range of food and drinks were first revealed by MailOnline in January.

Beckham junior confirmed plans to launch a product 'in the food space' in an interview in June, saying it would launch in September in Whole Foods.

Brooklyn told InStyle magazine in June of the then-unconfirmed food: 'It's nice, because it's so broad. You can use it in spicy margaritas, you can use it on chicken, you can use it on sushi.'

He added: 'I can't say what, exactly, it is, but it's in the food space. It's been a passion project of mine for the last two-and-a-half years, something I've literally put everything into. I've never worked so hard on anything in my life.'

He put his own funds into the project, too. 'I had to find a distributor... finding a CEO is very difficult, especially for a start-up. The first year was just me — I put a lot of money in to start it on my own — and then maybe under a year ago, I got investors.'

It's been a very successful month for the Beckhams, with Victoria releasing her new perfume and Romeo making his catwalk debut.
