Nikki Lund has posed in a ruby red bikini in front of her Christmas tree.

The fashion designer wore her blonde hair down as she was inside her stunning Nashville, Tennessee mansion.

The star was celebrating her first Christmas out of California in a shoot by Saeed Chalky shared with DailyMail.com.

The pop singer, who debuted her song Love To Love You on Spotify earlier this year, also talked to DailyMail.com about her latest diet hack.

'I don't eat anything after 6 pm, not even a cracker,' the ex-girlfriend of Richie Sambora told DailyMail.com.

The Beverly Hills native, who grew up with Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian, added that it is part of the 16/8 intermittent fasting schedule as she does not have breakfast until 10 am the next day.

'When I was inc ollege a friend told me to do this and I was like no way, I can't do it but I have tried it now,' added Lund.

'It's great because it really gives my body time to digest what I already ate during my early mini dinner and I never go to sleep full, which is a bad felling,' she noted.

'Sometimes it is awkward if I meet friends out for dinner, but then I just have  cheat night.

'I order an appetizer instead of a full meal. No one seems to notice.'

In October she also said she was staying away from carbs.

'The top one is I stay away from carbs - that means I say no to pizza pasta, which is very difficult because those two items are everywhere, on almost every menu, you can't avoid them, and who doesn't love pizza and pasta? So it's a challenge.' 

If she does crave pizza she has cauliflower crust with vegetable toppings and low cheese. And if she wants pasta she uses squash noodles.

'You get used to the substitutes and start to enjoy them, to be honest.'

She said her second tip is to stay away from sugary drinks.

'That means no Coca-Cola, no Sprite, no sweetened tea, no Frappuccinos, no sugary lattes, no Apple Martinis, they are literally wiped out of my life,' said Lund.

'These are what I called sneaky calorie drinks because they don't seem fattening, but let me tell you, some of them can be 600 calories each, easily. One can of Coca-Cola is about 140 calories. Have three of those a day and you are adding 420 calories to you waistline.

'If I want something sweet to drink I have a sip or two of lemonade, but not more than that. It's a treat like candy so I limit my intake.'

And her third tip has to do with exercise.

'I walks for 30 minutes in the morning, 30 minutes before lunch and 30 minutes before dinner. It's easy because I live in a beautiful suburb and I just wave to neighbors and look at the flowers on my stroll. If I do this three times a day it is an hour and a half workout that is a no brainer.

'Some days I walk slowly, that is if I am tired. But if I have more energy I power walk.

'I like the exercise and I like the alone time to let my thoughts free, it is like a meditation.'

Lund has a new winter collection for her clothing line hitting Nordstrom this month.

And she has a new song going to Spotify called Love To Love You, which she worked on with Dua Lipa's writer, Lauren Christy.

Last year she lost 20lbs when she went back to doing what she loves: yoga.

She had put some weight on when she welcomed her son Hendrix in 2018 but didn't get serious about getting back her pre baby body until 2022.

And now the singer has finally gotten to the weight she loves.

'I am finally back to a size two and it feels great!' the U & I singer, who used to date rock star Richie Sambora of Bon Jovi fame - told DailyMail.com exclusively.

The music star added that she does yoga twice a day. 'After I have had my coffee I spend an hour in my home gym doing five Sun Salutes, the warrior pose, standing tree and lunges,' she said.

'Then before I go to bed I spend about 20 minutes doing more Sun Salutes because it helps me sleep better.

'After the stress of working all day and watching my son, it's nice to have some me time where I take care of myself, it really helps lessen my anxiety and it makes me fall asleep fast.' 

Her previous hit tracks are This Is It and U & I as Sambora often served as mentor. 

The fashion designer who also worked as a clothing designer - her items will appear in Nordstrom. Designs from Nikki have been worn by Miley Cyrus, Carrie Underwood, Kelly Clarkson, Demi Lovato, Brandy, Brad Paisley and Blake Shelton. 

Nikki launched her music career in 2018 with the hit songs Love Overdose and This Is It after already establishing a well-received fashion line.
