Emma Roberts and Evan Peters publicly reunited seven years after they called off their engagement in a contentious split.
The former couple were seen standing next to each other, albeit at more than arm's length away, onstage to promote the upcoming 13th season of American Horror Story.
This comes many years after an alleged domestic violence incident between them, which resulted in Roberts, 35, being arrested and Peters, 39, comforting her upon her release before they broke up for good.
In what appeared to be an awkward and tense moment, the once-engaged exes were spotted working together again at the Disney Advertising Upfront event in New York City on Tuesday.
They were joined by their castmates, Sarah Paulson, Billie Lourd, Gabourey Sidibe and Angela Bassett, at the presentation.
Ahead of the showcase, Roberts posed on the red carpet alongside some of her costars, Bassett, Lourd and Sidibe, while her ex-fiancé opted for a solo photo-op.

Credits include Ariana Grande as well as American Horror Story veterans Kathy Bates and Jessica Lange.
The pair were previously entangled in an on-again, off-again relationship from 2012 to 2019 and had made headlines for an infamous, alleged domestic dispute.
They met on the set of the comedy-drama Adult World prior to their longtime romance and their final breakup.
Both stars have been frequent collaborators with Murphy for the FX horror anthology television series.
The last time they worked together was back in 2018 for season eight of the show, American Horror Story: Apocalypse.
The pair made their red carpet debut as a couple at the Golden Globe Awards in January 2013.

Just five months later, Roberts was arrested in connection to an alleged domestic violence incident at a hotel in Montreal.
Peters — who was reportedly left with a bloody nose and a bite mark — did not press charges and Roberts was released just hours after her arrest.
Almost exactly one year after the domestic violence incident and arrest, the couple got engaged.
They continued working together and starred alongside each other for four seasons of American Horror Story.
The then-couple starred in Coven in 2013, Freak Show in 2014, Cult in 2017 before their latest time together for Apocalypse in 2019.
Roberts and Peters called off their engagement in June 2015 but continued dating on and off until 2019.

Shortly after their split, the actress addressed their romance and the end of their relationship, saying that 'no one knows the real story.'

'Growing up is hard. Sometimes it makes me sad that I can't have a private moment,' she continued.
'Because of Twitter and Instagram, there's a whole other element where everybody can comment on what you're doing, and no one knows the real story. That's hard.'
Roberts is currently engaged to actor Cody John, 29.
They went public with their relationship in August 2022 and announced their engagement in July 2024.
Peters was last romantically linked to Natalie Engel for about a year before breaking up last year.
Prior to his romance with the content creator, he had a brief relationship with singer Halsey.
