Elizabeth has worked with the charity for 31 years now, after she received an honour for 30 years as an ambassador at last year's event.
Speaking last year, Elizabeth gushed: 'This year marks 30 years of my work with The Estée Lauder Companies and The Breast Cancer Campaign. These three decades have been both humbling and deeply inspiring.'
'I’ve witnessed firsthand the powerful impact this Campaign continues to have on the global breast cancer community. I feel privileged to continue this essential work and to be a small part of a global community driven by hope and purpose.'
Elizabeth lost her grandmother to breast cancer and previously revealed she showed her scars from a double mastectomy once she finally told her family about her diagnosis, but would often change the subject.
During a This Morning appearance back in 2019, Elizabeth said: 'When I started working for the breast cancer campaign, my grandmother had just died.
'When I was told it was started because women were dying, it really rang home for me, because she didn’t talk about it. There was no awareness, no pink ribbon campaign.'
She urged: 'People aren’t checking their own breasts. If you’re too young to have a mammogram, which is under 50 or in some countries under 40, you have to check your breasts. We’re raising awareness but we’re raising funds too.
The charity lunch comes after Elizabeth showed off her figure in a strapless pink bikini in a sizzling Instagram post on Sunday.
