Dr Chris Brown is certainly not resting on his laurels over the Anzac Day long weekend.
The celebrity vet, 47, was spotted taking in some exercise in the coastal Sydney suburb of Clovelly on Saturday.
Dr Chris looked very much in his element as he went for a morning dip before running along the promenade with a female friend.
Going sun smart for the athletic outing, Dr Chris wore a plain black T-shirt and matching shorts, both of which he kept on for his swim.
The T-shirt clung perfectly to Dr Chris' gym-honed torso.
The My Reno Rules star looked full of determination as he stood on the concrete steps leading into the water, preparing to take the plunge.

However, he did appear to get tangled up with a fellow swimmer as he made his way to the water.
When it came time for the run, Dr Chris completed his look with a pair of well-worn Asics sneakers.
Dr Chris looked to be having a great time as he ran, chatting and laughing with his workout partner, who wore a similar outfit, accessorised with a blue swimming cap and goggles.
With the workout over, Dr Chris removed his workout shirt to reveal his enviably chiselled torso as he dried himself with a blue and white striped towel.
He added an extra layer of sun protection with a dark blue Fjällräven baseball-style cap.
It comes after Dr Chris recently spoke out about his budding relationship with former TV publicist Lorraine Monforte, revealing they are keeping things low-key despite growing public interest.
Dr Chris told Stellar that they first met through work – and have known each other for years.
'Yeah, I'm in a relationship and really happy. The great thing with Lorraine is that she was a publicist for a TV network for 13 years. That's how we first became friends,' Chris began.

'And that's essentially all it was for quite a period of time.
'But she "gets" TV and she gets the media landscape. So she understands when the phrase "hard launch" is used, where that's coming from... she's able to laugh at it.'
Chris added that Lorraine's background in television has helped them navigate attention around their relationship, which became public after they were photographed together at the Australian Grand Prix in March.
He has also long been the subject of speculation about his personal life – something he says he no longer takes too seriously.
'Occasionally I’ll run into the women I've supposedly been in a relationship with... we have a good laugh,' he joked.
'That's the only way you can deal with it... I could be rumoured to be in a relationship with someone one week, then separated the next.'
Dr Chris continued: 'And the following week, I'm having a baby with someone else. It's hard to keep up. Sometimes I need my dad, or a friend of the family, to remind me who I'm supposed to be in a relationship with.'
The pair are understood to be splitting their time between Sydney and Brisbane, but are largely keeping their relationship out of the spotlight for now.

Meanwhile, Dr Chris is currently hosting the Channel Seven reality show, My Reno Rules.
The show received a lacklustre reception from fans when it premiered this week, with some labelling it as a pale imitation of The Block.
Fronted by Dr Chris, and featuring billionaire Block bidder Adrian Portelli, the program promises high-stakes reno drama, big personalities and an eye-watering cash prize for the winning team.
But for some viewers, the show didn't quite deliver what they were expecting, and they took to social media to share their frustration.
'The show was disappointing. Definitely not the same calibre as The Block,' one viewer sniped, while a second added: 'The Temu Block.'
'Seven's My Reno Rules is to Nine's The Block what Seven's Australian Spartan was to Nine's Australian Ninja Warrior,' a third viewer wrote.
Another sniped that the show's format was not as engaging as its competitor, writing: 'Hard to say you're taking on The Block when only one team gets 100k and the rest go home with donuts!'
However, others were fans of the new show, with one person describing it as 'great', and another saying the cast were 'hilarious'.
