Disney+ is home to almost every film and TV show under the Walt Disney Company, from Disney classics to content under its other corporate umbrellas, like 20th Century Fox. This would be the place if you want to watch all Marvel Studios content, especially during the lead-up to Avengers: Doomsday, as well as huge blockbusters like James Cameron's Avatar films, or classics like The Simpsons and Family Guy. Disney+ offers different subscription tiers and bundles depending on whether you want a service with ads or not, but it seems the "ad-free" label might be irrelevant in the future.
ScreenRant reported that Disney+ emailed subscribers to inform them of changes to its Subscriber Agreement. The email clarified that all subscription plans may include "promotional content," sponsorships, and advertisements, which could appear "before/after" content playback, as well as during live or as-live channels, special events, and third-party service content. In addition, the company reduced the notice period for subscription price changes from 30 days to 28 days and added wording about a subscriber's legal right to withdraw within 14 days of subscribing. This is what the email said:
"Changes to your Disney+ Subscriber Agreement include, in summary, the following (though we do encourage you to read the new Subscriber Agreement in full):
We've clarified that all Service Plans may include: (i) promotional content, (ii) sponsorships, and (iii) advertisements before/after playback of Content and in channels, live/as-live, special events, and any third-party services content.
"We have updated the wording relating to subscriptions, recurring billing periods, and payment plans. In addition, we have added new wording to cover service plans that offer discounted prices for a set promotional period (e.g. a six-month discounted payment plan) during the ongoing subscription. We’ve updated the notice period for price changes to your Disney+ Subscription from 30 days to 28 days. We have added wording concerning your legal right of withdrawal within 14 days of subscribing."
It was reported that Junior Mode profiles would be exempt from these updated subscriber agreements and that no ads and sponsorships would appear under these profiles.

What Are People Watching on Disney+ Right Now?
Disney+ streaming charts have a mix of old and new content that has dominated the global rankings. The top movies on the platform right now are the 2026 Star Wars film, The Mandalorian and Grogu, followed by The Devil Prada 2, Toy Story 1-4, Avengers: Infinity War and Endgame, Practical Magic, and Avatar: Fire and Ash. Meanwhile, the top TV show being streamed on the platform were City of Blood, followed by Bluey Compilations, Furious, Chad Powers, High Potential, Malcolm in the Middle: Life's Still Unfair, Loki, 9/11: Reunited, Welcome to the Family: The Murder of Dan Markel, and Adults.
