Demi Moore, 63, looks thinner than ever amid Ozempic rumors as she and Keke Palmer pose at SXSW

Demi Moore showed off her slimmed-down physique this Thursday when she hit the red carpet at the South By Southwest festival in Austin, Texas.

Long famed for her willowy figure, she appeared even thinner than usual when she posed earlier this month at the Actor Awards, formerly the SAG Awards.

With her reduced frame thrown into relief by a skintight sleeveless black gown, she set off a round of unconfirmed online Ozempic rumors.

For her latest red carpet, the 63-year-old modeled a plunging sleeveless wrap dress that allowed her to display one of her vertiginous legs.

Her outfit was cinched in with a glimmering orange sash, amplifying the slimming effect as she beamed radiantly for the cameras under the sunshine.

She was attending the festival premiere of her new film I Love Boosters!, starring Keke Palmer and directed by Sorry to Bother You filmmaker Boots Riley. 

Moore found time to mingle with the director during the premiere, placing her hands affectionately on his shoulders as they posed for the shutterbugs together. 

Her date to the premiere was her 1.2lb miniature chihuahua Pilaf, whom she has carried to a string of public events in the past.

Palmer, meanwhile, was a scene-stealing presence at the premiere in a peekaboo dress that displayed her chiseled abs to enviable advantage.

The 32-year-old's halter neck canary yellow frock was perfectly cut to emphasize her toned physique and featured a thigh-slit up the right side.

Emphasizing her luminous complexion with makeup, she accessorized with hoops and bracelets, bringing the look together with a towering set of heels.

I Love Boosters! stars Palmer as the head of a ring of shoplifters who start targeting the boutiques of an acid-tongued designer played by Moore.

The movie is named after a 2006 song by Boots Riley's Oakland-born hip-hop group The Coup, in which he first rose to fame in the 1990s. 

'A booster's a person who jacks from the retail and sells it in the hood for a dirt cheap resale,' the song explains - a definition carried over into the movie.

Moore's svelte figure at the Actor Awards earlier this month sent fans spiraling into speculation online, where one asked Grok: 'Is she on Ozempic?'

Another went a step further and wondered: 'Good grief is all of Hollywood on Ozempic?' as others opined that she was 'Too skinny,' joking: 'Food must be very expensive in LA,' and: 'Is she actually on the substance?'

The Substance was a buzzy 2024 body horror movie starring Moore as an ageing actress who creates a younger version of herself (Margaret Qualley) by taking an illegal drug, with the two bodies having to switch consciousness every week.

Moore was nominated for the best actress Oscar for the role, and was famously stone-faced at the ceremony when she lost to Mikey Madison for the title role of a plucky New York escort in Sean Baker's dramedy Anora.
