Dec Donnelly left his co-host Ant McPartlin in hysterics as he found himself caught up in a series of innuendos while revealing his bizarre bedtime routine.
On the latest episode of their podcast Hanging Out with Ant & Dec on Thursday, the pair were asked to describe their bedtime routine.
And Ant was not prepared for Dec's revelation as he shared that he wears 'sexy' thigh-high boots to bed and his wife Ali Astall lies on a bed of nails as Ant joked: 'And are you turned on by this boot?'
Taking the listeners through his routine, Dec began: 'I have a pretty good routine. At about maybe nine o'clock, we'll go up to the bedroom. Put the TV on.
'Sometimes I'll have a little shower before bed. I like to have a shower, getting into clean sheets. Phones off, but not off, but like silent. Do not disturb.'
He then shared: 'I've got these boots.'

Shocked, Ant replied: 'What? Sorry. You put boots on to go on the bed? Nighttime boots?'
Dec continued: 'Yeah. It's supposed to make me taller. No, no, no. They're compression boots that I put on my legs and they go right up to, right to there,' as he pointed to his upper thighs.
'Sexy,' teased Ant.
Dec explained: 'And you press a button and they go. It's like having your blood pressure taken. It's for like lymphatic system.
'And are you turned on by this boot?' joked Ant.
Dec went on: 'Well, I'll have a little boot session, maybe. We watch TV. Mrs. D does her bit.'
'What?' added a shocked Ant, as Dec clarified: 'She does whatever she does, her little beauty routine. There's all sorts of creams going on.'
He then revealed: 'She lies on one of these bed of nails. Like a mat with plastic little sticks and she lies on that. It's like an acupuncture thing.

'It hurts me. I can't do it. So I just put my legs on.'
Surprised by the direction of the conversation, Ant said: 'I didn't expect any of this. I expected like, "I might have a bowl of cereal."'
Dec added: 'Sometimes I'll have a little sleepy tea. The one with the teddy bear on the front and his pajamas.
'I'll take one of them up and we'll relax with maybe a 24 hours in police custody. Something nice and chill before bed.'
Meanwhile on Friday Ant celebrated his five-year anniversary with wife Anne-Marie as he shared a new wedding picture to Instagram.
The TV presenter, 50, and his wife, 47, were all smiles in the throwback black and white snap as they celebrated their special day at Heckfield Place in Hampshire.
Ant cut a dapper figure in a tuxedo as he snapped the sweet selfie while Anne-Marie beamed from behind wearing her gorgeous £15,000 bespoke floor-length dress by designer Suzanne Neville.
Alongside the snap, Ant wrote: 'Happy 5th wedding anniversary @mrsanthonymcpartlin. I'd do it all again tomorrow'.
Ant was previously married to Lisa Armstrong, who he divorced in 2020. The couple were together for more than two decades and married for 11 years.
He went on to marry Anne-Marie in August 2021, in a lavish wedding that reportedly cost a whopping £500,000 with Dec as best man.
The couple have since welcomed their son Wilder, two, and are parents to teenage daughters Poppy and Daisy from Anne-Marie's previous marriage to Scott Corbett.
