Dani Dyer and husband Jarrod Bowen looked more loved-up than ever as they enjoyed a romantic Valentine’s weekend at Estelle Manor in Oxfordshire.

The reality star and the footballer, both 29, enjoyed a child free weekend at the luxury country house and private members club, where rooms start from £1,400-per-night.

The couple, who tied the knot last year, spent quality time together on rainy walks around the estate before sipping on cocktails in the evening.

Dani looked incredible in a stylish black minidress which she paired with tights and a pair of burgundy stilettos as she headed for dinner.

The Love Island winner and the West Ham winger cosied up and held hands as they posed for photos together.

Dani simply penned: 'Valentines'.

The couple are proud parents to two-year-old twins Summer and Star, and Dani is also mum to four-year-old son Santiago, who she shares with her ex-partner Sammy Kimmence.

It comes after the mother-of-three said she struggled with her confidence after her body changed following motherhood.

Appearing on Ellis Ranson's Talk In Wardrobe podcast, Dani was asked how becoming a mother changed the way she feels about her body.

Dani candidly replied: ‘The first year after becoming a mum, I used to torture myself and try and put my old jeans on.

'In the end my mum was like "Dan just get rid of them". It is hard going through that phase because none of your clothes previously fit you.'

She continued: ‘It is trying to find yourself again. I think after you become a mum you drastically change and then you do have to find new looks.'

Offering advice to other mothers, Dani said: ‘I think with confidence we do have our ups and downs, don’t we? Especially as a woman, like we only really have a certain cycle of the month where we actually feel normal.

‘We all struggle with confidence.'

Last year Dani heartbreakingly revealed she suffered a miscarriage before welcoming her son Santiago.

Appearing on Jamie Laing's In Great Company Podcast, she said: 'Just before Santi, I got pregnant, and then that didn't work out. Because it didn't work out, I wanted a baby, so I wasn't careful.

'I was like I'm having a baby, and my mum and dad were fuming at the time. So I was nervous to tell my mum, and they were happy with me for the baby, because they knew what I went through.

'So they were happy for me for that, but they knew that relationship was never going to work. I've said sorry to them so many times for what I've put them through. And I get what they were saying now.

'Yeah, it was a miscarriage, but it was very early. When I got pregnant again, I had so many scans, I was there all the time.'

Speaking on Santi's father, she added: 'The one [boyfriend] that was just hell. Before Love Island, he never wanted to settle down with me. He was a massive player. I shouldn't have gone back there.

'I don't regret anything... having Santi changed me as a person, so I'm so glad I had my Sant. I think I had to go through a tricky relationship to get my little boy and to change me as a person, to get to where I am now.

'We are very civil and I will always be very civil to him because that's Santi's dad. There is going to be times with Santi in school plays, and I would never want Santi to feel uncomfortable.

'He is never going to know his mum and dad being together. I always feel guilty because when Jarrod walks through the door, the twins say "Daddy, daddy," and Santi doesn't have that.'

Dani married her West Ham United captain husband Jarrod in an outdoor ceremony at the £500-a-night Langley Hotel in Iver, Buckinghamshire, on May 31, 2025.
