Fitness star Kayla Itsines has purchased a spectacular $13million waterfront mansion on the Gold Coast after an extended search for the perfect luxury property.
The co-founder of the hugely popular Sweat app, 34, and her husband, Jae Woodroffe, had been exploring the region's booming prestige market for some time.
During the hunt, they inspected a number of properties across southeast Queensland's most exclusive neighbourhoods and even contemplated renting temporarily before finding the right place.
They ultimately purchased the showpiece residence in Mermaid Waters before it was due to go under the hammer later this month.
The impressive estate spans a 2280sqm triple block and boasts an extraordinary 81.5 metres of water frontage.
Inside, the five-bedroom, four-bathroom home is packed with high-end features including a tennis court, infinity pool, cocktail bar, wine cellar, built-in trampoline, and a marble entertaining terrace designed for large gatherings.

The property also includes a pontoon and boat shed directly on the water's edge.
Kayla - who has amassed more than 15 million followers online and is regarded as one of the world's most influential wellness personalities - said the process of finding the right home proved challenging.
'We struggled with the search initially, but since bringing the team at Cohen Handler on board we've built a really strong partnership,' she told Realestate.com.au.
'They've helped us access and secure the right properties at the right time. We're excited to continue working together as we grow our portfolio into the future.'
The purchase further expands the fitness entrepreneur's growing property empire.
In March 2024 she sold her renovated 1920s bungalow in the Adelaide suburb of Malvern, South Australia for a record $7.375million.
Kayla relocated to Queensland the same year, bringing her closer to former fiancé and business partner Tobi Pearce, with whom she shares daughter Arna.
She married Woodroffe in December 2023, and the couple also have a young son, Jax.

Kayla and Pearce first achieved global success through their Bikini Body Training guides before launching the Sweat fitness platform.
The pair sold the business to US-based company iFIT for more than $150million in 2021 before buying it back two years later.
It was a move that helped cement their personal fortunes, with each believed to be worth around $170million.
Built in 2023 by DB Build, the newly acquired property was recognised with the President's Award at the 2024 Gold Coast Housing and Construction Awards.

The home showcases distinctive Tropical Colonial architecture, designed by Sydney studio Hicks and Holmsted, with stylish French doors, wide wraparound verandas and pitched roofs.
In November, Kayla's insane net worth was revealed in the Financial Review 2025 Young Rich List.
The influencer landed at number 40 on the Aussie line-up, with her fitness empire worth a whopping $176million.
She rang in the new financial year with a $5million increase to her worth, coming out on top as one of the wealthiest young fitness influencers Down Under.
