Known as 'Cyberpunk 2077's' biggest fan, Angharad is a Welsh games writer who thrives in anything related to digital storytelling. If a video game explores the intricacies and horrors of womanhood, she is there.

Thanks to previous work at GAMINGbible, GameByte, The Loadout, Game Luster, Angharad has built a strong understanding of both the digital world and what fans want from it and is eager to share her thoughts and expertise with readers.

Since its release back in 2020, Cyberpunk 2077 has been on quite a journey. From a less-than-smooth launch to now being regarded as one of the best video games of all time, CD Projekt RED has truly achieved the impossible when it comes to comebacks. As such, many companies have been itching to work with the Cyberpunk 2077 brand, ranging from Netflix with an anime adaptation to official merchandise which will see you look like a fully fledged resident of Night City. Now it seems as though another company has joined together with CD Projekt RED to bring us perhaps its most exciting collaboration yet.

Cyberpunk 2077 Is Officially Back In New Fortnite DLC

That's right, CD Projekt Red and Epic Games are coming together to bring Cyberpunk 2077 to Fortnite. No, you are not going mad. This collaboration has happened before, back in December 2024 when skins for V and Johnny Silverhand were added to the iconic title, but it seems as though this event will see something new be added to the ever-growing roster. At the time of writing, the collaboration has been teased online with a simple graphic, but other than that, no other information is yet available. So what could this second collaboration entail?

According to the official Cyberpunk 2077 Twitter account, "New Cyberpunk 2077 locker content smashing into Fortnite soon! Stay tuned, chooms." Before we go any further, the use of the word 'smashing' could be a big hint here. Does this mean that Adam Smasher will arrive to Fortnite? If so, the rest of the lobby definitely needs to watch out. However, others are hoping for some other iconic Cyberpunk 2077 characters, such as Judy and Panam, or maybe even David and Lucy from Cyberpunk: Edgerunners.

Cyberpunk 2077 Just Keeps Getting Bigger

On top of official glasses, the Cyberpunk 2077 5th Anniversary Collector’s Set, and even coffee, it seems as though the Cyberpunk 2077 franchise continues to grow, showing just how much the CDPR RPG has taken over the gaming sphere. With its 5th anniversary being celebrated back in December, the only way is up, and with a sequel officially in pre-production, it hopefully will not be long before we can head back to Night City to immerse ourselves in the incredible dystopian world once more.

Until then, be sure to keep an eye on Fortnite to see how this brand-new collaboration will play out with the arrival of some of Cyberpunk 2077's best.
