Controversial TikTok star Latisha Clark engaged to mystery man - as she showcases her stunning diamond ring

Controversial TikTok star Latisha Clark has stunned her fans with a surprise engagement to a mystery man – despite giving no prior hints she was in a relationship.

The Australian influencer, 23, who co-hosts the popular podcast Basically Besties alongside her mother Kat Clark and sister Deja, shared the exciting news on social media along with a gallery of images. 

Latisha looked absolutely radiant in a strapless white gown as she kissed and embraced her fiancé in front of a floral loveheart arrangement inscribed with the message, 'Will you marry me?'

She also shared a photo of her modelling her stunning engagement ring, an eye-catching diamond sparkler encased in a pure gold band.

The social media star captioned the gallery with 'Forever' and added a ring emoji.

Her announcement took many of Latisha's fans by surprise, as they noticed her beau was not her long-time rumoured romantic interest and frequent content collaborator Seb Laz.

Instead, the Queensland-based creator is set to tie the knot with her close friend Mitch Giorgas, a property lawyer who keeps a low social media profile.

Many of Latisha's fans immediately took to the comments section to congratulate her on the happy news.

'Awww you deserve it all gorgeous,' one person wrote.

'So adorable! You will be the most stunning bride!' a second added.

'See guys I told you it wasn't Seb,' a third person quipped.

Latisha, who boasts 3.9million followers on TikTok, rose to fame in the 2020s when she was featured alongside her famous mother and sister in social media clips. 

Earlier this year, Latisha attracted controversy upon being branded 'privileged' after revealing she had been taking Ubers after finding a bug in her car.

Latisha took to TikTok to share a short clip that showed her sitting in the passenger seat of a rideshare car.

She revealed that she had ditched her car a week prior after discovering an insect had taken up residence.

'My dramatic a** in an Uber to the gym because I saw a bug in my car a week ago,' Latisha captioned the short clip.

The clip drew a flurry of comments from fans, with some agreeing with Latisha that she was being 'dramatic'.

'How privileged,' one wrote.

A second chimed in with, 'A bug? That's it?'

However, many jumped in to defend Latisha's actions, recounting their own experiences with invading insects.

'You're not being dramatic,' one follower wrote. 'One time there was a spider in my room and I slept in the hallway for a month.'
