In this laid-back seafaring journey, your primary goal will be to uncover all the Fabled Species of fish and crops by first discovering their normal versions, then completing specific in-game objectives to catch their ultra-rare variants.

Sweet Potato - Sour Potato: Remove a harvestable sweet potato with your shovel and plant a new sweet potato in the same planter box.
Tomato - Sacred Heart Tomato: While harvestable, interact with your companion in affectionate ways 3 times.
Pineapple - Tropizza: Use the hidden pineapple fertilizer you can craft at a smelter having wheat, tomato, pineapple, and simple wood in your inventory.
Chili - Underworld Chili: While harvestable, anger fish 3 times.
Cucumber - Serpent Cucumber: Keep your cucumber plant at least 25% watered at all times.
Corn - Popcorn: Keep your harvestable corn next to a source of fire for a while.
Blueberries - Fairy Berry: While it's growing, the blueberry needs to be affected by 3 butterfly boxes or hotels.
Mango - Lassingo: Grow a mango in a tree planter box right after you've harvested a chili from that same planter box.
Banana - Banana Split: Be in Galaxy Glaciers with your harvestable banana for 12 hours.

Turnip - Coinip: Earn at least 2,000 coins while the turnip is growing.
Strawberry - Bunny Berry: Have 5 carrots in your inventory.

Sugarcane - Hanabi Cane: While harvestable, reach a new rank, make a discovery, or gather a Fabled Species.
Raspberry - Foxberry: Don't look at this plant, and it will transform. Be fast to grab it.

Pumpkin - Cat-o'-Lantern: Have at least 2 decorations nearby that are light sources.
Potato - Mummytato: Let your harvestable potato dry out in the sun for a while.
Amaranth - Amarathulhu: While it's growing, water your amaranth 3 times with water from a Haunted Harbors pond.
Wheat - Ghoulgrain: Have at least 3 decorations with bones on your boat.
Eggplant - Batplant: Wear only black clothes. You can change your looks at the mirror in your cabin.
Brussels Sprout - Chompsprout: Have 2 compost bins nearby while it is harvestable.
Apple - Gigglecore Apple: Catch 3 fish while near an apple tree.
Pear - Ghost Pear: Bring a ghost back to its grave while the pear is harvestable.

Artichoke - Art-Ichoke: Harvest 3 crops with different colors nearby.
Broccoli - Broccosmic: Continue to grow the broccoli for 24 hours after it is harvestable.
Carrot - Carrocket: Use the "I'm stuck" feature in the pause menu when nearby a harvestable carrot.
Kiwi - Kiwioid: Have a harvestable kiwi during a meteor shower.
Cranberry - Starberry: Use a telescope to look at your harvestable cranberry.
Pomegranate - Pommetheus: Have 3 different galaxy-themed decorations on your boat.
Tangerine - Pinewheel Tangerine: Stay in every climate for at least one day while the tangering is harvestable.
