Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger have slashed the price of their luxurious Los Angeles mansion as they continue efforts to offload the home.
The 47-year-old actor – whose ex-wife is Anna Faris – and 36-year-old author previously put the Pacific Palisades villa on the market for $32 million in September 2023.
This marks the couple's fifth attempt to part ways with the 11,000 sq ft property, which they've now listed for $20 million.
The sprawling abode boasts six bedroom suites, a full-size movie theater, plus a sauna and basketball court.
Pratt and Schwarzenegger, who married in 2019, have lived at the home since 2021.
The Marvel Cinematic Universe star purchased the plot in 2018 for $15.6 million.

Before moving into the space, the husband and wife spent two years tearing down and rebuilding the fixer-upper house that had occupied the spot since 1995.
Situated in the hills, the home has sweeping views of Santa Monica, a large saltwater pool with a jacuzzi, and an acre of manicured land.
Inside is a huge kitchen, complete with marble countertops and a large breakfast bar.
The theater is notably furnished with large, plush, green velvet sofas, and a previous listing mentioned a 'complete wellness experience' comprised of a teakwood spa with hot and cold plunge pools, and a steam room.
Another highlight is a golf simulator Pratt and Schwarzenegger had installed in the home.
The stars share daughters Lyla, five, Eloise, four, and son Ford, two in November. Pratt also shares son Jack, 14 on August 17, with Faris, 49.
Pratt and Schwarzenegger sparked romance rumors in early 2018 after they were spotted out together in Santa Barbara, California.
Seven months earlier, the movie star had filed for divorce from Faris after eight years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.

What do you think the real reason is the Pratts can't sell their multi-million dollar mansion?
It wasn't until December 2018, a little over a month after Pratt's divorce was finalized, that they confirmed their relationship.
On Mother's Day 2025 Pratt was called out by fans for leaving ex-wife Faris out of his social media tribute.
He wrote in an Instagram caption, 'How do moms do it? Seriously. It’s like running a circus, a hospital, and a five-star kitchen all at once. Our kids hit the jackpot with you, and so did I. We love you. Happy Mother’s Day, Chief!'
But his followers quickly called him out for snubbing Faris, with one asking, 'Where’s the tribute to mother of your first child????'
Another person wrote, 'Anna Faris is a mother too.'
Pratt also made headlines in 2021 when he thanked Schwarzenegger for giving birth to 'a beautiful, healthy daughter,' which fans interpreted as a slight in reference to Faris prematurely giving birth to Jack in 2014.
The following year, he told Men's Health he 'cried' over the fallout and called it 'f***ed up' as his son might see the comments one day.
