Cardi B displays her eye-popping cleavage in a daring leopard print corset dress as she graces the front row during Roberto Cavalli's Milan Fashion Week Show

She has already graced the runway in Italy as part of the Vogue World catwalk show.

But Cardi B showed she could still steal the spotlight while she was sat in the front row as she attended Roberto Cavalli's Milan Fashion Week show on Thursday.

The hitmaker, 33, who recently made history as the first female rapper to earn four diamond-certified songs, showed off her eye-popping cleavage in a daring leopard print corset dress.

The dramatic outfit featured a faux fur trim and was teamed with matching heels as she took her place in the front row.

Cardi wasn't the only star in attendance as Izabel Goulart ditched her bra to pose in little more than a revealing black blazer.

Milan Fashion Week is set to conclude on Monday, September 28, with designers including Gucci, Emporio Armani and Bottega Veneta still due to unveil their Spring/Summer 2027 collections.

No doubt Cardi is in a celebratory mood after her hit collaboration WAP featuring Megan Thee Stallion officially surpassed ten million units sold in the United States.  

This follows Bodak Yellow (2017), I Like It (2018) and Girls Like You (2018). 

A diamond-certified song is a single that has achieved at least ten million equivalent units in sales and streams.

Cardi caught the eye in a plunging white top and skintight trousers which matched her mint green heels. 

It comes after Cardi admitted in an Instagram Live session that she has had her bum injections dissolved – days after sparking uproar with her plump posterior onstage.

Cardi (real name: Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar) denied going under the knife to regain a more natural appearance, and she reportedly claimed to have not had any surgeries since January 2024, when she 'reduced' her injections.

'A lot of y’all keep telling me to go get my a** reduced,' the WAP rapper said. 'I don’t need to go get my a** reduced. News flash: I did get my a** reduced.'

The Daily Mail has reached out to Cardi B's representatives for comment but hasn't heard back yet. 

She went on to explain that she couldn't completely reverse the process for fear of being left with a drooping posterior. 

 Cardi said she 'can’t just go and lipo[suction] my butt, because my skin is, like, kinda loose', which she said was 'why my a** shakes so much'.

She explained that a liposuction procedure – in which fat cells would be liquified and then suctioned out of the body permanently for cosmetic effect – would be 'the easy way', but it could cause her backside to 'drop'. 

'So I would have to cut myself. And I’m not cutting myself,' Cardi continued. 'I’m not sitting down for four months. I’m outside, like I said. 

She added: 'I like my body how it looks right now. I’m comfortable in my skin.'

Cardi also tried to differentiate herself from other celebrities who are considerably more opaque about what cosmetic procedures they have undergone.

'I’m very, very honest,' she said. 'First of all, I got two lipos and one a** reduction.'

Ultimately, Cardi explained that she decided to get her plumped-up posterior toned down because she thought it didn't suit her otherwise 'petite' frame.

First thing first, I am a small girl,' she said. 'I’m a very small, petite girl. My mom is petite. My sister’s petite. My aunts are small.'
