EXCLUSIVE: Camila Morrone (Daisy Jones & The Six) and Adam DiMarco (The White Lotus) are in negotiations to star in Something Very Bad Is Going To Happen, the upcoming horror drama created by Haley Z. Boston which comes from Stranger Things creators The Duffer Brothers and Hilary Leavitt, via their Upside Down Pictures’ overall deal with Netflix.
Something Very Bad Is Going To Happen is described as an atmospheric horror series. Set at a wedding, it following a bride and groom — the roles Morrone and DiMarco are in talks for — in the week leading up to their ill-fated nuptials. That’s not a spoiler – just read the title…

Boston serves as executive producer and showrunner. The Duffers and Leavitt also executive produce alongside Andrea Sperling via her overall deal with Netflix.
Morrone earned an Emmy nomination for Prime Video’s Daisy Jones & The Six. She recently played the title role in the movie Marmalade and will next be seen in Season 2 of The Night Manager. She is repped by WME, Brillstein Entertainment Partners and Hansen Jacobson Teller.
