EXCLUSIVE: Actor and Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Omar Apollo has signed with CAA.
Apollo made his feature debut in Luca Guadagnino’s Queer for A24, starring opposite Daniel Craig and Drew Starkey.
He signed with Warner Records in 2020 and released his debut album Ivory in 2022, earning a Grammy nomination for Best New Artist and his first Billboard Hot 100 hit with “Evergreen.” He released his critically acclaimed sophomore album God Said No, recorded at Abbey Road Studios, in 2024.
Apollo joins such recent CAA signings as Golden Globe Award-winning actress, comedian, rapper, and producer Nora Lum, aka Awkwafina; BAFTA-winning I Swear star Robert Aramayo; Stranger Things alum Natalia Dyer; Emmy, Grammy, and NAACP Image Award winner Tiffany Haddish (Girls Trip); and award-winning actor, producer, and director Daniel Brühl.
The multi-hyphenate continues to be represented by Open Door Management and Gillian R. Bar at Carroll Guido Groffman.
