A truly epic gaming PC build could be yours if you fancy building it yourself, and it's all thanks to Newegg. The company have dropped a bundle to beat them all, combining a set of parts with a list price of $5,019 in total for just $2,771. For your money, you're getting an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D, an unbelievable 128GB of DDR5-6000 RAM, an RTX 5070, a Corsair case, and an MSI MAG X870E motherboard.

It doesn't stop there, either. The deal also includes a free 4TB M.2 NVMe SSD, three free games, and an MSI MAG 240mm AIO ARGB liquid cooler. In fact, all you need to finish your PC build is a power supply: everything else you need is included, right here, for a monumental discount. Ironically, the discount is so good that the combined cost of these seven components is less than the list price of the RAM itself at Newegg, which it sells for $2,799.

A whole lot of parts, but the fundamentals are what make this future rig sing. The AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D is still the best gaming CPU for most gamers and, despite recently being dethroned by the 9850X3D, it still packs a punch, running only 3.3% slower than the 9850X3D, despite using 30% less power. This is an outstanding option for gamers, with longevity built in, thanks to its impossible-to-beat (so far, at least) 3D V-cache technology.

This X3D tech is simply a boosted L3 cache capacity, increased to a whopping 96MB. This extra cache, positioned beneath the CPU cores near the integrated heat spreader, means that CPU-hungry games like Cyberpunk 2077 don't need to use the slower (in comparison) RAM. The CPU benchmarks below prove just what a powerhouse it is, easily rivaling anything Intel has to offer.

You're also getting an MSI Shadow RTX 5070 2X OC graphics card as part of the deal. The Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 is a solid mid-tier graphics card for gaming at 1440p, supported by the latest Nvidia tech to give you the best frame rates, and supported, too, by the powerhouse 9800X3D. It has 6,144 CUDA cores and 12GB of GDDR7 VRAM, along with a overclocked boost clock speed of 2,557 MHz. This is a GPU that, thanks to that 12GB of VRAM, is going to perform significantly better than slower GPUs like the RTX 5060 and RTX 5050 at higher resolutions, particularly at 1440p and 4K.

While you don't need 128GB of RAM for a gaming machine, it makes a lot of sense if you want a spec that will let you work as hard as you game. This bundle includes 128GB of G.Skill Flare X5 128GB DDR5-6000 RAM (2 x 64GB) for you to install into the also-supplied MSI MPG X870E Carbon WiFi ATX motherboard. That's a decent board that gained a four-star review when we tested it, too.

It doesn't stop there, though. You can build your rig inside the included Corsair 3500X RS-R ARGB case, featuring wrap-around glass and space for up to ten fans. On top of the parts that are officially included, you're also getting an MSI MAG Coreliquid A13 240mm AIO cooler and a 4TB TeamGroup T-Force G50 SSD (worth $520) for free, along with copies of Crimson Desert, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, and Resident Evil 3 at no extra cost.

All of the parts, including the freebies, would cost you approximately $5,019. Instead, this Newegg deal brings down the cost to just $2,771.98. All you need is a power supply, and given the cost, this Cooler Master MWE Gold 850W V3 is a good option for the price, costing just $89.99. It's one we recommend in our best power supply guide, although other options are available.

All of the parts for a 1440p and 4K-capable gaming PC build for just $2,771.98 (bar the PSU) is a brilliant deal, especially given the current market. You don't need to spend thousands to put together a great gaming rig but, given the savings on offer here, we don't expect this Newegg deal to be around for very long.
