Bruno Mars and Sexyy Red pull off the ultimate crossover in the music video for their new single, “Fat, Juicy and Wet,” also starring Lady Gaga and Rosé. Both Gaga and Rosé share Top 10 hits with Mars on the latest Billboard Hot 100 — “Die With a Smile,” currently at No. 1 for a third week, and “Apt.,” respectively. It seems Mars is now gunning for a third with “Fat, Juicy & Wet.”
Against a dark red backdrop, the four hitmakers sport matching pant suits and pop champagne bottles while dancing to a hip-hop beat and lip-syncing the explicit chorus: “I don’t even gang bang, pussy so good / Made me throw up a set (Throw up, throw up) / That good kitty-kitty, good kitty-kitty, make it my pet.”
The rollout for “Fat, Juicy & Wet” was well-calculated with Mars first teasing the track on an Instagram post celebrating the success of “Die With a Smile” leading the Hot 100 for a third consecutive week.
“Thank you all! I’m headed to the studio right now to make a strip club anthem so I can celebrate and properly act up this weekend,” he wrote. “Someone please help me get in touch with Sexyy Red!” The St. Louis rapper responded in the comments with what has now been revealed as the intro to “Fat, Juicy and Wet” — “Heyyyyyy Bruno!”
Mars and Gaga, meanwhile, are in the running for a Grammy as “Die For A Smile” is up for song of the year and best pop duo/group performance at the 2025 ceremony on Feb. 1. Elsewhere, Mars and Rosé’s “Apt.” earned the title of best-selling song in the United States this week and hit 12 non-consecutive weeks at No. 1 on Billboard’s Global Excl. U.S. chart, making it the first K-pop song to do so.
