Brooke Burke 'heartbroken' she is forced to evacuate $12M Malibu mansion as she waits to learn its fate

Brooke Burke is 'heartbroken' over the 'devastating' fires that creep near her $12M sprawling Malibu mansion.

The former Dancing With The Stars co-host has evacuated her home with her family - she has four children (two with plastic surgeon Garth Fisher and two with Baywatch star Dave Charvet) - DailyMail.com has learned.

The Hollywood staple has said that it has been a horrendous experience as her gorgeous villa is surrounded by smoke.

And the fiancée of Scott Rigsby has had to be on the edge of her seat not knowing where the flames will go next.

The cover girl also said that she is 'safe' but is struggling to deal with the chaos in a note shared to DailyMail.com.

This comes three weeks after flames approached her home during the last Malibu fire. 

'I am searching for my strength hour by hour... life can change so quickly,' said the CEO & Founder of the Intentional wellness app @BrookeBurkeBody & soul. 

Burke lives in a nearly 7,000 square-foot Italianate-style house that sits on 3.5 acres and has five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms in the hills of Malibu.

'I'm OK and my immediate family is safe,' said the former Rock Star host.

'These days are devastating and heartbreaking in light of the current fires in Malibu in Los Angeles. 

'My heart is with those affected as I focus on caring for my family pets and community during this challenging time.'

She also had to put work on the back burner: 'Many of our upcoming programs will be postponed the sentiment of the CNTQ program is so powerful for me. I am just not able to light it up publicly.'

Her house was already threatened in mid December when flames climbed by her back yard.

At the time she said: 'Prayers for Malibu…what a community. We love our home & we fight to protect it & somehow we remain disaster after disaster honoring this sacred space . I’m so grateful for all of our friends that have reached out & family, gardeners, helpers , neighbors & the 1000+ firstresponders, law enforcement, volunteers, & workers that helped save so much. So grateful for all the brave firefighters trying to navigate the uncertainty of Mother Nature & wicked winds. We are safe. Thank you station Le Verne 7463.

Burke is a fitness personality, model, author, actress, and businesswoman. 

She is known for hosting the E! Network travel show Wild On! (1999–2002), CBS's Rock Star (2005–2006), and TV Lands' She's Got the Look (2010). 

After winning the seventh season of Dancing with the Stars, Burke served as co-hostess of the show from season ten to season seventeen (2010–2013).

In 2017, Burke launched Brooke Burke Body, a fitness app with workout videos featuring her.

Since 2023, Brooke has served as the host of Penn & Teller: Fool Us, joining the series in its 10th season

She was born in Hartford, Connecticut and raised in Tucson, Arizona.

She attended both Sahuaro High School and Palo Verde High School in Tucson where she was homecoming queen in 1989.

She started as a lingerie model for the Frederick's of Hollywood catalog in the early 1990s.

Burke was tapped to serve as the host of the popular E! travel series Wild On! from 1999 to 2002. 

In 2005, Burke landed her first primetime network hosting gig on CBS's Rock Star: INXS (2005) and the subsequent Rock Star: Supernova (2006).

In 2010, Burke became the host of She's Got the Look on TV Land, a modeling competition series. 

That same year, she was named co-hostess of ABC's Dancing with the Stars, where she remained for seven seasons (2010–2013).

Burke served as the co-host of the Miss America pageant as well.

From 2016 to 2018, Burke hosted and co-produced the Saturday morning show Hidden Heroes.

Her other television credits include hosting the digital series and network show I Dare You on TV Land (2018) as well as a recurring role on Melissa & Joey (2014–2015).

Firefighters are hoping for a break Friday from the fierce winds that have fueled massive blazes in the Los Angeles area, killing 10 people, obliterating whole neighborhoods and setting the nation´s second-largest city on edge.

On Thursday afternoon, the Kenneth Fire started in the San Fernando Valley. It moved into neighboring Ventura County, but a large and aggressive response by firefighters stopped the flames from spreading.

The fires have burned more than 10,000 homes and other structures since Tuesday, when they first began popping up around a densely populated, 25-mile (40-kilometer) expanse north of downtown Los Angeles. No cause has been identified yet for the largest fires.

NBC News reporter Jacob Soboroff didn´t know what to expect when he turned his SUV onto the Pacific Palisades street where he grew up.

What he found on Wednesday were smoldering ruins where his childhood home had stood. Only the remnants of a chimney and brick wall remained. It was among the countless number of buildings destroyed by the wildfires in the Los Angeles area, where Soboroff is one of many journalists covering the story - and living it.

His own tale, told across several NBC News platforms Wednesday and Thursday, broke the so-called 'fourth wall' and gave viewers an intimate experience of what the tragedy felt like.

Troops in camouflage were posted at intersections in the city hard-hit by the Eaton Fire near Jeeps, Humvees and other military vehicles.

At least 20 arrests have been made for looting and other thefts in areas where the fire raged.

Los Angeles County officials say they plan to put an overnight curfew in place that would make it easier to make arrests.

'We haven´t had any requests for further support. But Australia always stands ready to provide support to our friends in times of need,' Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese Albanese told Australian Broadcasting Corp. in the west coast city of Perth on Friday.

'One of the issues that we have, of course, is we do need to be cognizant of the fact that this is our fire season as well,' he added.

Investigators are considering an array of possible ignition sources for the huge fires that have killed at least 10 people and destroyed thousands of homes and businesses in the Los Angeles area.

While lightning is the most common source of fires in the U.S., according to the National Fire Protection Association, investigators were able to rule that out quickly. There were no reports of lightning in the Palisades area or the terrain around the Eaton fire, which started in east Los Angeles County and has also destroyed hundreds of homes.

The next two most common causes: fires intentionally set, and those sparked by utility lines.
