Craig Phillips has claimed he received a proposal from Victoria Beckham after they dined together in the noughties.
The former bricklayer, 54, won the very first series of Big Brother in 2000, which catapulted him to instant fame.
After leaving the spy house, his newfound fame saw him mingle with famous stars, including Spice Girl Victoria, 51, and her footballer husband Sir David, 50.
Craig says he dined with the prominent couple and claimed Posh Spice said she would marry him, if she wasn't already hitched to Becks.
He said: 'I had dinner with David and Victoria Beckham. Victoria said, if I wasn't married to David, I would have proposed to you – that was weird!'
Craig said the 'bizarre' moment was the first of many interactions he had with high-profile stars following his Big Brother triumph.

He added to CasinoHawks: 'There's also the weird and wonderful people you meet throughout your journey. It was really hard to understand and accept that all these famous people knew and liked me.
'Some of them jumped on the back of my publicity. It was bizarre – I had Richard Branson contact me to come and meet him at the airport and go on one of his planes.'

Victoria and Sir David married at the five star Luttrellstown Castle Resort in Dublin, Ireland, in 1999.
She was previously engaged to electrician Mark Wood who worked for her father's electronics business as a burglar alarm fitter.
He popped the question to her when she was just 20 and had auditioned for the Spice Girls.
They split in 1996 after six years together.
Victoria and Sir David, who have four children, have been left devastated by their eldest and estranged son Brooklyn, 27, amid their ongoing family fued.
In January, the hot sauce owner, who is married to billionaire heiress Nicola Peltz, declared he did not want to reconcile with his family in a scathing six-page statement.
Meanwhile, last week Victoria enjoyed a rare family outing with her brother Christian and sister Louise as she supported her son Cruz on his first tour.
The three siblings smiled and posed together in front of a Las Vegas-inspired backdrop.
Meanwhile, Victoria's younger sister, Louise, opted for light blue jeans, a black T-shirt and an olive, double-breasted trench jacket.
Christian, 46, looked classically handsome in a black jacket, a crisp white T-shirt and a pair of blue jeans.

Cruz became emotional on stage earlier this month as they performed their new song Loneliest Boy.
It is understood to be filled with barely veiled references to his wayward brother, Brooklyn, and his continued absence.
With Romeo, David and Victoria watching from the audience, Cruz faltered over the song's plaintive lyrics, prompting band-member Dan Ewins to drape a reassuring arm across his shoulders.
Emotions appeared to run high as the tearful singer wiped his eyes with a baggy shirt-sleeve while delivering the track's chorus, which features the telling lyrics, 'Loneliest boy, mama don't talk too much, it's breaking her heart.'
