Selena Gomez Sends Love to Benny Blanco Amid Buzz Over His Appearance
Benny Blanco is jumping in feet first to this debate.
After the record producer went viral for inadvertently showing off his dirty feet during a clip from the premiere episode of his and pal Dave “Lil Dicky” Burd’s Friends Keep Secrets podcast, he explained himself.
“First of all, it’s the facility’s fault, it’s not mine,” Benny assured during his and Dave’s Feb. 26 appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! “I have great feet.”
To prove his point, Benny—who tied the knot with Selena Gomez in September—stripped off his shoes and socks to reveal his clean toes. “Someone zoom in on my foot. Look at that. Clean foot!”
Indeed, even Dave and Jimmy Kimmel were impressed, with the host quipping, “You need to get an OnlyFans for that thing.”
Amused, Jimmy continued, “Your foot has an afro also.”
To which Benny added, “Yeah, focus on the good part.”
And while Dave admitted that the floors in his home were probably dirty due to the podcast crew “coming in and out,” the 37-year-old did face significant flack for appearing on camera with visible dirt on the soles of his feet.
As one fan put it in the comments of the Feb. 24 podcast episode, “Those dogs need to be hosed down.”
Of course, this isn’t the first time Benny has made feet-related headlines. In 2024, his Persian rug pedicure—complete with tasseled toe nails—sent his fans into a tizzy.
“I found out about Benny Blanco’s toes,” one fan wrote on X at the time, “and I haven’t stopped thinking of them since.”

Throughout the controversies, fans have even gone so far to pull Selena in to join the debate, but she has proven time and again that the heart really wants what it wants.
As she wrote in an Instagram Story Feb. 25 as Benny’s feet went viral for the latest time, “I fall more and more in love with you every day my love.”

Blossoming Romance
Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco began dating in July 2023, around Selena's birthday, Benny said on the Howard Stern Show in May 2024.
But they only began to spark romance rumors in late 2023. That December, Selena confirmed the speculation, commenting on a fan page's Instagram post, regarding Benny, "He is my absolute everything in my heart."
She continued, "Why has he been the best thing that's ever happened to me. He's still better than anyone I've ever been with."
The Rare Beauty founder also shared a photo on her Instagram Story of her leaning her head on what looked to be Benny's chest.
