Awkward moment Naomi Watts looks Aussie influencer up and down at Paris Fashion Week

It appears that Elle Ferguson has been turning the heads of the Hollywood A-list.

Elle, who rose to fame on The Block in 2022, took to Instagram on Tuesday to share a clip of her experience at the Zimmermann show at Paris Fashion Week.

The social media star was clearly besotted with the celebs she was rubbing shoulders with, including Oprah Winfrey, Jessica Chastain, Leila George and Lily James.

The clip also featured an awkward moment in which Naomi Watts appeared to look Elle up and down as they both worked the room.

The clip showed Elle happily chatting to Cinderella star Lily as Naomi stood in the background.

Apparently taken with Elle's get-up, Naomi cast her eyes over Elle's outfit in a moment that was slowed down for full effect.

Appearing at the Zimmerman show at Paris Fashion week on Monday, Elle seemingly caught the attention of Aussie actress Naomi Watts

Captioning that portion of the video, Elle wrote: 'Did Naomi Watts just check me out?'

It's not surprising that Elle would turn heads at the fashion-forward event.

She stepped out in a very colourful, floral-patterned Zimmermann lantern dress and a pair of matching flared pants.

Wearing her blonde tresses in playful waves that cascaded over her svelte shoulders, Elle accessorised her look with a blue Chanel bag.

Meanwhile, Naomi claimed her own share of the spotlight in a vibrant pink trouser suit comprised of a fitted jacket and flared trousers.

The Hollywood star rounded off her look with deep red lipstick as she settled down for the fashion-forward event.

It comes after Elle revealed, earlier this week, that she was at the vanguard of high fashion.

She took to Instagram on Sunday to flaunt some luxury items she picked up at Chanel, including a belt and a very trendy new bag.

She unveiled her bag, the brand new Chanel Maxiflap, which retails for an eye-watering $15,090 and has just recently become available for purchase.

Elle explained that she wanted to 'treat herself' to the latest release from the high-end fashion house, and described the oversized shoulder bag as 'so chic' and 'very French'.

The grained calfskin purse, which comes in burgundy, is bound to be this season's must-have accessory.

Elle's followers were impressed, with one writing in the comments: 'Are you joking? We're obsessed. Love love love.'

Another said: 'It's absolutely stunning!!!' while one more chimed in, 'Such a gorgeous bag.'

Not everyone was amused, however, with one person commenting: 'Yeez. Is this important? Today is #womensday and you have to be this shallow?'

Last year, Ferguson responded to the heavy backlash she copped after modelling a very revealing dress by Spanish fashion house Loewe.

At the time, she had shared an Instagram video of herself wearing the frock, and many of her followers said the designer ensemble looked 'unflattering', 'uncomfortable' and 'hideous'.

The 40-year-old has defended her viral sartorial moment, calling the piece the 'most beautiful dress'.

'The only thing I was thinking when I put this dress on is that I was exceptionally lucky to be looking at Jonathan Anderson's last collection with Loewe,' Elle told The Daily Telegraph.

'I loved that dress. I still love that dress. I put it on and I stood there proudly,' she said, adding that her fiancé Joel Patful loved it too.
