If you're ready to upgrade many of your Apple devices at a major discount, consider this AT&T bundle deal: Trade in your old iPhone and get an iPhone 17 Pro for free, plus an iPad A16 and an Apple Watch SE 3 for just $0.99 a month each -- saving you up to $1,800. But don't wait: This deal ends tomorrow, Jan. 22, at midnight.

We'll walk you through the red tape: Until tomorrow evening, when you trade in an iPhone 15 or newer, you can exchange the phone for an iPhone 17 Pro for $0. With your trade-in, you can also bundle to purchase an iPad A16 and an Apple Watch SE 3 for $0.99 per month each, plus the cost of each line.

But there's a bit more to it. According to AT&T, the offer is a "service-linked bundle," so you'll have to pay $20.99 per month (plus taxes and fees) for the iPad's line of data service. You'll technically be billed monthly for the cost of the iPad itself (about $13.89/month for a $500 iPad), but AT&T will put you on a 36-month installment plan at 0% APR and then credit you the difference, so you'll only pay $0.99/month for the cost of the actual device for as long as your plan is active.

To put it simply, with this promotional bundle, you'll be paying $21.98/month for the iPad, give or take taxes and fees.

The cost breakdown of the Apple Watch SE 3 40mm is $0.99 per month for the device and $10.99/month for the service plan, bringing the total cost of the watch to $11.98/month without taxes and fees.

I called an AT&T representative to ask for more details, and he said that the taxes for the devices are between $2-$5 per month each (though they vary based on data plan and location), so you could pay up to $15 in taxes per month with this bundle.

The AT&T rep estimated that the total cost for all three devices (the iPhone 17 Pro, the iPad, and the Apple Watch SE 3) plus their service plans would be around $130.51/month, before taxes and fees.

This deal is available to new customers and existing customers, if you add or upgrade a line.

There are a few factors that could influence the cost further. People in certain positions and professions (such as military members and veterans, first responders, doctors, nurses, teachers, and professors) are eligible for discounts of up to 25% off Unlimited AT&T plans. Also, while trading in your iPhone 15 or later will allow you to upgrade to a 17 Pro for free, there are still ways to capitalize on this bundle by paying a bit more. For example, trading in an iPhone 14 Pro will still allow you to get the 17 Pro, just at about $11.12 per month.

So all in all, while you'll still need to pay for the connectivity plans, this is a great deal for those looking to bundle and upgrade devices.

ZDNET editor Nina Raemont deemed the Apple Watch SE 3 "the smartest [smartwatch] buy for many" due to its 5G, S10 chip, 18-hour battery life, and superfast charging (going from 0-80% in 45 minutes). ZDNET named the iPad 11th-gen the best iPad overall of 2025 with its 6GB of RAM, 4K video capture, Wi-Fi 6, and 128GB of base storage. And there are many reasons why the iPhone 17 Pro has taken the market by storm for months, such as its 48MP dual fusion camera and Center Stage square sensor

This promotion won't last til the weekend, so if you're interested, now is the time to head to AT&T before this bundle deal expires.

How I rated this deal

This deal is an exceptionally good one, especially due to AT&T offering such recent models of the in-demand devices. You'll still need to pay for the service lines, but getting a high-quality iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch for less than $150/month is not a deal we see often (and we already know it won't last).

This deal will expire at 11:59 p.m. on Jan. 22, 2026.
