Where To Find All Legendary Ships In Black Flag Resynced

There are four legendary ship locations, each posing a substantial threat to an inexperienced sailor. You'll almost certainly need every major Jackdaw weapon and hull upgrade to even stand a chance against these foes, so it's best to tackle them much later in the game.

La Dama Negra

La Dama Negra is located in the far southwestern corner of the map.

This fierce ship will rain hellfire down on you, as well as blast you effortlessly with its massive array of broadside cannons, so make constant use of your bracing ability to reduce the endless incoming damage. However, it's one of the slower legendary ships, meaning you should be able to use mortar fire from afar any time it begins to put distance between you.

HMS Prince

The HMS Prince is located in the far southeastern corner of the map.

This "ghost ship" loves to disappear quickly into the dark night each time you deplete a third of its health. It's very fast and uses mortars to deal a lot of damage while it's out of your range, so it's imperative you exercise agility and brace when necessary until it closes the gap again, allowing you to resume your normal attacks.

El Impoluto

El Impoluto is located in the far northwestern corner of the map.

This aggressive ship loves to put some distance between you two before rapidly approaching and ramming you. As such, your best course of action is to make use of your mortar when it's at range, then try to position your ship to avoid the ram when possible. Worst case scenario, at least brace when it rams you to reduce the damage.

HMS Fearless and Royal Sovereign

The HMS Fearless and Royal Sovereign are located in the far northeastern corner of the map.

Surprise! This showdown features two ships, both hellbent on seeing you dead. However, this fight isn't nearly as overwhelming as you might expect, as they're relatively slow with tame moves that can be outmaneuvered. Your main goal in this battle is never to find yourself between the two ships, as this will allow them to unload their broadside cannons on you to devastating effect.
