Ariana Grande and Ticketmaster are making sure that more of her fans are able to get tickets for her upcoming Eternal Sunshine Tour.
Ticketmaster shared an update about the singer's, 32, tour on Wednesday via social media, after having to previously cancel a portion of tickets that violated the 'purchase terms.'
The statement read: 'Last October, we worked with the tour to cancel a portion of tickets that had been identified as violating our ticket purchase terms.'
'Our focus is ensuring those tickets are reissued directly to fans, through a request process coming in February,' the statement continued, adding that it was to ensure that they 'don't go to bad actors.'
The statement specified that while 'most selections will be random' Ticketmaster will 'prioritize fans who did nothing wrong but had resale tickets canceled due to the seller's violation of our terms.'
The Wicked star reposted the message to her own Instagram Stories, thanking her fans for their 'patience.'
Ariana Grande, 32, sent a heartfelt message to fans after Ticketmaster announced they would be re-selling tickets to her Eternal Sunshine Tour that were snatched by scalpers; Seen 2026
'Love you all so much and thank you for your patience... more information soon,' she wrote.
Grande's team reportedly 'worked really hard to keep prices down,' a source told People.
The source explained that they skipped 'platinum and price scaling,' a system that adjusts ticket prices in real time according to demand. This meant fewer tickets ended up on resale sites, which in turn pushed prices higher than normal.
Not all fans were appeased by the announcement.
'We appreciate this but why not turn off the resale prices for each n every show?? there’s no reason why the cheapest ticket for every show is like $800 dollars ???!!!' one wrote.
'TURN OFF RESALE & HAVE THEM PRICED ONLY AT FACE VALUE,' another wrote.
'No like this is kinda insane. canceled tickets getting priority but what about people who couldnt even buy tickets initially. not my problem that people bought resell tickets at $1k+,' someone else chimed in.
'p.s. the only ACTUAL solution would be to cancel & re list ALL of the reseller tickets for face value & put a 1 - 2 ticket limit for each order.'
'Love you all so much and thank you for your patience,' the singer and actress wrote as she re-shared the statement from Ticketmaster to her Instagram Stories

Last September, Grande said she was bothered' after her Eternal Sunshine tour sold out within minutes and scalpers were already attempting to resell tickets with hiked-up prices.
The singer-songwriter took to her Instagram Story to address her fans' concerns and said she is 'fighting for a solution' so they can attend her long-awaited tour in 2026.
This came after some of her fans vented about how they were unable to purchase tickets during the presale and general sale.
Many resale tickets from third party retailers were priced at over 10 times the face value for several of her shows, and Grande assured fans that she had been 'on the phone every second of my free time' even though she had been 'on set all week.'
She shared a post writing: 'hi my angels, i have been on set all week but i wanted to let you know that what's been happening with the secondary ticket resellers has been brought to my attention.'
The pop star added: 'and of course i am incredibly bothered by it.'
The Supernatural hitmaker continued, 'i've been on the phone every second of my free time fighting for a solution. i hear you and hopefully, we will be able to get more of these tickets into your hands instead of theirs. it's not right.'
She assured her fans that she and her team 'are doing everything we can.'
She said she 'just wanted you to know that my team and i see it and that i care very much and we will do, and are doing everything we can. i love you all so much and thank you for your patience and understanding.'

Grande's Eternal Sunshine tour, launching in June, will be her first in six years.
