From here, pick the "Redeem Code" tab from this menu to visit a page dedicated to helping you claim your codes.
Any changes to a code phrase's grammar, capitilization, or anything else will cause a code to fail, so make sure you copy/paste them or translate them correctly.
You should see a bar where you can enter a promo code exactly how it appears. This will be right above the "FAQ" section of the page, which goes into detail about what Promo Codes are and what to do if one fails.
