Storm Darragh cast a blustery shadow over the 27th British Independent Film Awards as guests filed out of Camden Roundhouse on Sunday evening.
After a show-stopping red carpet display, Alicia Vikander and husband Michael Fassbender were confronted by gale force winds while exiting the north London venue and making their way towards a waiting car.
Alicia, 36, struggled to control her billowing green evening dress and its risky thigh-high split as she emerged alongside Michael, who looked appropriately dapper in a two-piece suit.
Earlier that night the couple, who welcomed their second child earlier this year, looked more than loved-up as they enjoyed a date night together.
They first began dating in late 2014, after they met on the set of their film The Light Between Oceans.
The couple tied the knot in a romantic ceremony three years later, in Ibiza, Spain in October 2017.

Alicia caught the eye as she led the departures following Sunday's annual ceremony
In July, Alicia revealed she and Michael had quietly welcomed a second child together.
In an interview for ELLE UK, actress Taylor Russell praised the 35-year-old Oscar winner, saying she was 'so impressed' by Alicia's physical work on their upcoming movie Hope, especially since Alicia had 'literally just had (her) second baby.'
The Swedish star replied, 'All women have such different experiences, and going through it a second time was definitely harder for me.'
She continued: 'But I think training made it easier. Going through those nine months is like a marathon, so it does help if you're strong going into it.
'It's so physically demanding, and I have so much admiration for any woman who has done it.'
Alicia and Michael led an array of stars following Sunday's annual ceremony, a celebration of the very best in British independent filmmaking.
Oscar-winner Olivia Colman was also seen outside the venue alongside actress and singer Jessie Buckley as the event drew to a close.
During this year's event awards for Best British Independent Film, Best International Independent Film, Best British Short Film, Best Feature Documentary and The Raindance Maverick Award were presented.
