There's a brand-new development surrounding Reacher star Alan Ritchson's next film.
The actor is best known for playing the titular character in Prime Video's hit action series Reacher, which debuted in 2022. Since then, Ritchson has remained a movie star, appearing in everything from Fast X, The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare and Ordinary Angels to Motor City and War Machine. He's not showing any signs of slowing down on that front, with other films in the works like The Man with the Bag and Counting Miracles.
It's been just over a year since Ritchson signed on to star in and produce Counting Miracles, and now Variety reports that Tyler Nilson has signed on to direct and write the feature-length adaptation of Nicholas Sparks' novel, which was published in fall 2024.
