The Diet Pepsi singer spilled the carbonated beverage down her bare chest, an obvious callback to her hit song.
She seductively tugged the string of her underwear, which appeared to be one of the few articles of clothing she had on.
A Swarovski ladybug brooch was also clipped onto her revealing top.
The cover's release coincides with legal drama embroiling her father Monty Lopez, who has agreed to undergo a paternity test to determine if he's the father of Rae's younger brother Lucas.

Lopez has granted his consent to take the test, with a judge approving the arrangement, according to TMZ.
Rae's father is set to take the test within days of the order being made.
The test will be paid for by the Rae's mother Sheri Easterling, 46, pending the results.
Easterling last year filed a court petition to get sole custody of Lucas, 12, from Lopez, 50, who she also shares son Enzo, 18, with.
Easterling, who previously dated rapper Yung Gravy, 29, suggested in legal docs that Lopez's visits with Lucas be supervised.
Easterling and Lopez initially wed in 2004 but got divorced in 2017, according to the outlet. They rekindled the romance in 2018 and exchanged vows for the second time, but split again in 2022.
In a petition, Easterling said that Lopez had been verbally abusive with her, calling her names like a 'stupid f***ing b****' and 'worthless trash' during the time they were married.
Easterling also claimed in legal docs that Lopez had slapped Rae in 2008, when she was a minor.

Lopez has had extended issues with alcoholism and multiple DUI arrests, Easterling told the court.
Easterling cited Lopez's arrest last year in connection with felony obscenity as indicative of his lack of judgment.
In the July 27, 2025 incident in Louisiana, authorities said that Lopez was arrested in connection with an incident that took place on August 31, 2024.
Officials said in that exchange, Lopez exposed 'his genitals, pubic hair, in a public place or place open to public view, or in any prison or jail, with the intent of arousing sexual desire or which appealed to the prurient interest or was patently offensive.'
Lopez has pleaded not guilty to the charges in the incident, and is slated to appear in court March 19.

Lopez told TMZ that he is a believer in the idea of love at first sight, and feels such occurred when he and his new bride crossed paths in a bar in his native Louisiana.
'I didn't tell anyone,' said Lopez, who is also father to daughter Macye Neumeyer from a previous romance. 'I just followed my heart and I've never been happier. I love this woman!'
Rae's career continues on an upward trajectory, as she performed her single Fame Is A Gun at the Grammys earlier this month.
The Lafayette, Louisiana native had been up for a Best New Artist Grammy, but Olivia Dean claimed the prize.
