EXCLUSIVE: British actor Daniel Ings, best-known for his numerous roles in film, television and stage, has signed with WME.

He can currently be seen in the Game of Thrones spin-off prequel, A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, which recently premiered on HBO. In the 6-episode series, Ings recurs in the role of Ser Lyonel Baratheon.

A drama series based on the novella “The Hedge Knight” from George R. R. Martin, A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms is set a century before the events of Game of Thrones, watching as two unlikely heroes wander Westeros… a young, naïve but courageous knight, Ser Duncan the Tall (Peter Claffey), and his diminutive squire, Egg (Dexter Sol Ansell). New episodes air on Sunday night, and a second season was ordered prior to the show’s Season 1 premiere.

Before that, Ings had a main role in Guy Ritchie’s The Gentlemen, a spinoff of Ritchie’s film of the same name. Ings played Lord Frederick “Freddy” Horniman, brother of the series lead Theo James’ character, Edward “Eddie” Horniman, the 13th Duke of Halstead. The show’s second season is expected sometime this year. Notably, he also played Commander Mike Parker in The Crown and David Gilkes in Season 5 of Black Mirror, both for Netflix, Luke in the Channel 4 comedy Lovesick, and Cob Betterton in the HBO/Sky Atlantic series I Hate Suzie and its second season I Hate Suzie Too, opposite Billie Piper.

In film, he played Ty-Rone in The Marvels, and also starred in Netflix’s The Woman in Cabin 10, Eddie the Eagle, and Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides. Ings will next be seen in Kill Jackie opposite Catherine Zeta-Jones. He recently shot Shaun Levy’s Star Wars: Starfighter, alongside Ryan Gosling, and he was recently cast starring opposite Cynthia Erivo in the screen adaptation of Prima Facie.

In addition to his screen work, Daniel recently fronted Paul Smith’s Art of Travel campaign. Daniel will continue to be represented by United Agents, TFC Management, ColorCreative, Sloane Offer Weber & Dern, and CLD Communications.
