90 Day: The Last Resort star Kalani Faagata has finally unmasked boyfriend Dallas Nuez while celebrating a major milestone in his life. Kalani started her reality TV journey with 90 Day Fiancé season 6, where she married Asuelu Pulaa. Kalani and Asuelu had met during her Samoan vacation and already had a baby boy before he came to the U.S. on a K-1 visa. At the time, Kalani did not talk about Asuelu’s infidelity at all. Asuelu had cheated on Kalani even when she was pregnant. Asuelu getting a yeast infection after cheating on her in Samoa was the last straw.
Asuelu gave Kalani a hall pass to go kiss someone else, and she fell for her “hall pass guy” Dallas. Kalani began dating Dallas in November 2022.
Kalani shocked 90 Day Fiancé fans and cast members alike in June 2024 by revealing she’d had a baby with Dallas. The most surprising part was that Kalani refused to post any pictures of Dallas’ face on her Instagram. She covered his face with emojis but decided to show off her boyfriend recently as he celebrated his 30th birthday. Kalani posted four pictures of Dallas in a collage. Two of them were with their daughter, Masina. “Happy Birthday, my love. Thank you for giving me the sweetest girl. I love you always,” Kalani wrote in her message to Dallas.

Kalani started teasing her romance with Dallas in early 2023. She had split with Asuelu the year before that, but they were still trying to fix their marriage for the sake of their kids. However, it was Asuelu’s fault that Kalani found Dallas and the two started a romance. Asuelu realized his mistake while filming 90 Day: The Last Resort season 1, but it was too late. Kalani made up her mind to divorce him. Kalani had to protect her relationship from social media for more reasons.

Kalani also had to be careful not to break her contract. Still, it looked like Kalani was going to officially introduce Dallas on a 90 Day Fiancé spin-off and hence, wanted the reveal to be grand. Her posting about him now suggests that Kalani finally feels comfortable sharing this one secret part of her life with fans. Then again, Dallas bears a close resemblance to Asuelu. She may have anticipated comments that would mock her for having a type.

90 Day: The Last Resort's Kalani had also kept her pregnancy a secret the entire time. She was pregnant when she was invited as a guest on The Other Way season 5 Tell All. Kalani only revealed she had a baby after welcoming the little one. She claimed she did it to not get stressed by negative comments. It seems to be the same reason why Kalani did not post her boyfriend’s face all this time. However, something must have changed for Kalani to finally show off her beautiful new life and rub it in her critics’ faces online.
