A last minute revelation threatens to derail Robert Pattinson and Zendaya's marriage plans, but their sexual chemistry appears to be unaffected in the first official trailer for new film The Drama.
The co-stars play soon-to-be-married Charlie Thompson and Emma Harwood, a young couple whose previously solid relationship is pushed to the brink after an unsettling secret is revealed over dinner.
The new trailer, released on Tuesday, finds the couple earnestly preparing for their wedding, practising that all important first dance, considering their respective speeches and sharing a passionate kiss.
But an innocent dinner party with two close friends, played by Mamoudou Athie and Alana Haim, throws an unexpected spanner in the works after Emma shares an unsavoury secret that leaves Charlie questioning their future.
'You have to stop thinking about it,' Emma tells him in another terse scene, to which he responds: 'How can I stop thinking about it? For f**k sake, I am thinking about it now.'
The film also finds Emma trying on wedding dresses, but her forlorn expression as she examines her reflection in a bathroom mirror suggests the ceremony in question is far from guaranteed.

The Drama was shot in several locations including Boston, New York and Los Angeles and the production also spent $2.9million shooting in Louisiana, according to FastLane.
It will be Pattinson's third collaboration with Zendaya after also sharing the screen in upcoming science fiction film Dune: Part Three and The Odyssey, director Christopher Nolan's adaptation of Homer's timeless Greek epic.
The British actor recently praised his co-star and her appearances in all three of their films during an interview with GQ.
'She’s great. I really, really like her,' he said. 'And yeah, she’s incredible in The Drama as well and in all of them.
'Well, I haven’t seen what she did in The Odyssey, I just saw her pictures and we saw each other in passing.'
Pattinson will play Scytale, a shapeshifting Tleilaxu Face Dancer, in Denis Villeneuve's Dune: Part Three, while Zendaya will reprise her role as Fremen warrior Chani.
Filming took place in Hungary and Abu Dhabi, and Pattinson admits his fondest memory was driving into the desert with Zendaya while filming on location at Liwa Oasis, close to the Persian Gulf.
He recalled: 'You’ll never experience these things in any other profession. I mean, literally, I was experiencing things which hardly anybody in history has or will ever experience and it’s just absolutely incredible.

'Being out in the desert shooting Dune, it’s weird. I remember shooting a scene with Zendaya, the first scene we shot together out in the desert, I’m like, “Oh! We’re, like, in Dune!” And she’s like, “Yeah…we’re doing a Dune movie.”
'But it really was like, “It really like you’re in a Dune movie.” It was really, really fun. And I think it’s going to be...I hope people really like it.
'I think it’s quite fun. I hope people find it funny.'
Written and directed by Kristoffer Borgli, The Drama is scheduled for release in the United States on April 3, with an international release expected soon after.
