Zara McDermott appeared to drop a major hint to her boyfriend Louis Tomlinson as she posed in a bridal style gown.

Taking to Instagram to share a collection of summer snaps the former Love Island star, 29, wowed in a stunning backless white dress.

Highlighting her incredible figure, the white gown was spread across a sweeping staircase as Zara suggested she may be ready to walk down the aisle when her boyfriend Louis pops the question.

The star began dating the One Direction star, 34, at the start of 2025 following her split from Made In Chelsea's Sam Thompson

Since going Instagram official with her relationship with Louis, Zara has been public in supporting his career amid the release of his new record and latest tour.

Speaking about their relationship in March, the star confessed she 'can't live without' Louis as she chatted in a candid Q&A with fans.

Zara McDermott appeared to drop a major hint to her boyfriend Louis Tomlinson as she posed in bridal style gown on sweeping staircase in her recent Instagram dump on Thursday

The star began dating the One Direction star, 34, at the start of 2025 following her split from Made In Chelsea's Sam Thompson

When asked by a follower what the three things were she couldn't live without, Zara was very straight to the point.

She penned: 'I'd have to say my family, my friends and my bf of course!!!'

It's understood that Zara has moved into multimillionaire Louis's north London mansion, having initially moved back into her parents' house after leaving the Fulham home she shared with ex-boyfriend Sam.

It's been a great year for Louis as he landed Number One album with his record, How Did I Get Here?

And Zara has been proudly supporting the singer on his solo tour, but her own work commitments have meant she's been forced to fly back to the UK on several occasions.

The couple recently enjoyed a rare public outing together at England's World Cup semi-final match last month.

The couple were among the many celebrity fans who had jetted off to the US to watch England take on Argentina.

Their appearance came after Zara confessed she struggles to sleep when she is apart from Louis, as the couple juggle the challenges of a long-distance romance.

Zara also shared that due to the lengthy flights to and from the US, she can spend hours lying awake in bed when she's away from her partner Louis.

Elsewhere in the summer dump, Zara shared a flashback to world cup earlier this summer as she smiled in her England top

She captioned the snaps: 'sorry I’ve been busy summering!!!!!!!'

The star has also been sticking to her fittness routine as she shared a selfie from the gym

In another fun snap while on a shoot she posed with her hair in rollers while wearing a dressing gown that read 'I'm Worth It'

Speaking in her YouTube video, Zara said: 'This is the second time in the space of seven nights that I actually have not slept the whole night.

'Like when I say not slept the whole night, I mean I haven't had one second of sleep. I have laid there the entire night.

'I'm so used to being in bed with my partner as well, we're always together, so when we're not together, and I'm filming somewhere, and I feel a bit discombobulated and I'm all feeling all over the shop, and then he's not there, and I sometimes just lose slight bearings of where I am and I don't have him with me.

'I find it like, it's really strange, I have never been the kind of person to fall asleep in the middle of a TV show or anything, but when we're together, I'm knocked out, I'm gone, I'm literally gone, the best sleep of my life.

'When we're apart, I can't fall asleep, I cannot fall asleep. I feel like there must, there must be some kind of psychological safety thing, in like when you're with your partner, you can actually fully relax and let your guard down and actually sleep.

'Whereas, yeah when we're not together, I find sleeping I actually dread going to sleep because I'm like, I'm just not going to be able to sleep properly.

'And I think maybe I've got it slightly in my own head as well nowadays.'
