Zac Brown Engaged to Kendra Scott Nearly 2 Months After Red Carpet Debut
Zac Brown is singing an old love song for his new bride.
The “Chicken Fried” singer tied the knot with jewelry designer Kendra Scott in a private wedding in Greece on May 25, according to multiple outlets.
E! News has reached out to reps for Zac and Kendra for additional comment but has not year back.
The couple first hard-launched their relationship at the 2025 American Music Awards in May of last year, getting engaged just two months later during a next-level proposal surprise from Zac.
“We were actually on a river,” the 47-year-old recalled in an October interview with Fox News Digital. “And on a barge with 30 elephants on the bank and the sun setting and birds flying over and hippos in the water. And I got it good."
Although he kept his lips sealed on where exactly the wildlife location was, he and Kendra have made no secret of how much they love each other.
"We are so happy and grateful," they told People following Zac's proposal, “that we found each other.”
And Zac had an idea as to why he and the 52-year-old worked so well together.
“Finding someone I’m so like-minded with and share and align in such a way,” he told Us Weekly in July, "it's such an incredible thing.”
The Zac Brown Band member added, “It’s totally different than anything I’ve ever had before.”
And although both he and Kendra have been married before, this time felt like a new experience for both of them.

"It's not our first go around, but it's definitely so much different than anything I've experienced before,” he told Fox News. “And I'm so grateful that we found each other and that we can relate to being leaders. We can relate and support each other on a level that just hasn't happened before, so I love her heart."
Prior to meeting Kendra, Zac was married to Kelly Yazdi for four months in 2023. He was also married to Shelly Brown, with whom he shares Justice, 19, Lucy, 18, Georgia, 16, Joni, 15, and Alexander, 12.
As for Kendra, she was married to John Scott, with whom she shares Cade, 24, and Beck, 21, and is also mom to son Grey, 12, with ex-husband Matt Davis. Kendra was also married to Thomas Evans from 2022 to 2024.
