WME Signs ‘Street Fighter’ Star Andrew Koji

EXCLUSIVE: Actor Andrew Koji has signed with WME for representation in all areas.

Koji will next be seen starring opposite Noah Centineo and Jason Momoa in Legendary Pictures’ Street Fighter, which Paramount Pictures releases in theaters on Octobr 16. An adaptation of the Capcom video game series from director Kitao Sakurai, the film has Koji playing the franchise’s central martial artist, Ryu, who reunites with Ken (Centineo) when Chun-Li (Callina Liang) recruits them for the World Warrior Tournament. As they face a hidden conspiracy, Ryu and Ken must confront each other and their past, or face destruction.

Koji also currently stars in the Amazon UK series Steal and the UK hit Gangs of London, which is heading into its fourth season. Additional recent credits include Netflix’s Black Doves opposite Keira Knightley, Lionsgate’s Boy Kills World with Bill Skarsgård, Seneca opposite John Malkovich, Bullet Train for Sony opposite Brad Pitt, Snake Eyes opposite Henry Golding for Paramount, and and the indie feature Worth the Wait alongside Lana Condor and Ross Butler.

In television, Koji was also the lead of Jonathan Tropper’s acclaimed Cinemax/Max series Warrior, and can be seen in Starz’s American Gods, as well as Peaky Blinders on Netflix/BBC.

Koji continues to be represented by Principal Entertainment LA, Conway van Gelder Grant, and Myman Greenspan Fox.
