Wiz Khalifa gives son Sebastian 13 punches to stomach to celebrate his birthday ahead of festive bash

Wiz Khalifa on Saturday posted a clip in which he gave his son Sebastian 13 ceremonial punches to honor his birthday.

The Pittsburgh native, 38, was seen in a social media clip with his son (who is nicknamed Bash), as he donned a pair of boxing gloves while engaging in the annual tradition.

The See You Again artist said, 'Ready - thirteen - here we go ... take it like a G, you're 13 years old,' before delivering the punches.

Khalifa advised his son, who he shares with ex-wife Amber Rose, 42, to tense up and breathe out when he took the hits.

The Black and Yellow rapper, who had been married to Rose from 2013-2016, ended the tradition in saying, 'Here we go, one for good luck.'

Daily Mail has reached out to Khalifa's reps for further comment on his story.

Khalifa delivered an emotional speech at a party later that evening.

Khalifa said in an adjacent caption, 'We still doin' birthday licks in this house. Took it like a g tho.'

Khalifa - who is also father to daughter Kaydence, witn Aimee Aguilar, his girlfriend of seven years - delivered an emotional speech at a party later that evening.

The Young, Wild & Free rapper, whose full name is Cameron Jibril Thomaz, thanked partygoers in text displayed on a clip of the gathering.

'Bash’s party turned out amazing thank you everyone who came out and I hope you all guys all made it home safe,' he said.

'Thank everybody for coming out,' the Black and Yellow rapper. 'We’re just gonna keep it short man we all love Bash – make some noise real quick - anyway, we love you.'

He told his son, 'We appreciate you - you’re so cool, you’re so kind, you treat everybody nice and we’re proud of you.

'And we’re just happy that you’re a teen - and some of y’all might be teens already, but he’s officially a teen today.'

Khalifa told his son, 'So we’re proud of you and we love you; you got all your family all your friends here.'

Khalifa rallied partygoers to applaud his son, saying, 'One more time for the legend Bash.'

Rose, who is also mother to son Slash, six, with ex Alexander 'AE' Edwards, shared a collection of clips from the party with the caption, 'Happy birthday to my babyyyy.'

Sebastian was seen posing with friends and partygoers - including Ray J - in Rose's social media clips.

Khalifa and Rose have spoken publicly about their copasetic co-parenting.

Rose told People in 2020, 'Wiz will always be my best friend, forever – we’re best friends It’s kind of weird, because it’s like we’re almost better divorced, you know?'

Khalifa said in a 2020 interview with Playboy that he was sad after his marriage to Rose ended - but wasn’t depressed.'

He added, 'I’ve never really been depressed in my life. I was sad because we were going through a lot and my son was involved, and that hurt me because my main goal is to raise my son how I want. I’m a control freak, and not being able to control that was weird.'

The rapper said that over time, he became 'better equipped to deal with it.'
