The couple were spotted smooching outside at a Bondi Beach restaurant on Sunday when the neckline of Tammy's low-cut white slip dress shifted to the side - revealing her silicone nipple cover.
Tammy, who upsized her breast implants in 2024, continued to kiss Grayson passionately for some time, seemingly unaware of the outfit mishap.
Grayson didn't appear to realise either, as he gleefully leaned in and smooched his much-older flame with one arm wrapped around her waist.
Eventually, Tammy noticed the wardrobe malfunction and hastily readjusted the dress to cover her modesty.
She paired her revealing frock with a white sequined handbag and matching pointy-toe pumps.
